The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We had easy walking access to Lyon sights, restaurants, shopping, and transportation.

Hotel was mostly clean. First room I got had an issue but they helped me change rooms right away. Location is central but it can be rowdy on the streets at night so if you need absolute silence you will need earplugs (didn’t bother me). Usually gets quiet by 11:30pm max though. Would stay again! Thank you to the staff.

Amazing service, beautiful reception. Room we stayed in was a little bit dated but very large and comfortable with very nice shower room. Location is excellent , only a few steps from Bus, tram, metro, train from Perrache train station. Good selection of brasseries around for food and drink. Staff very friendly and welcome. Definitely recommend , very good for quality and price.

Some front desk staff can’t speak English. AC in the lobby is not working.

This hotel is great, great staff, handy to everything, but the bathroom is terrible.

The property is nice and the staff is nice as well. The hotel is directly across from a beautiful park and walkable to an unlimited number of restaurants in bistros and bars. The metro is 100 m away. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working and we could not open our windows at night because a bistro directly below us left cigarette smoke billowing into our bedroom. They were kind enough to move us to another room.

The staff was inexperienced at dealing with guests and kept changing how they approached the request which was frustrating. Transparency and clarity was lacking.

It is a tiny room but tidy and calm, near Place Carnot. Very well-located and friendly staff!

When searching for hotel room I always make sure they have air conditioning. This one was listed as having AC but apparently they turn it off completely in the fall/winter months but it was nearly 70F and they put us on the top floor which made it even warmer. We resorted to leaving the windows open but then mosquitos got in and I got bit numerous times. Found other bugs in the room as well. Would not recommend, at least not in the cooler months.

The hotel is conveniently located next to train and bus terminal. It is walkable to many sites. The comfort double is very tiny with hardly room to turn around. It came with a kettle and one days worth of tea and coffee but we weren't given any for next day despite asking at the desk for more.

Nice room with a cute view and good proximity to Lyon attractions. Hotel located right across from a homeless camp which was not ideal. Customer service was not great and they were not understanding about wanting some kind compensation for the wifi being down my entire stay which was surprising to me for a hotel. Wouldn't choose come back.

It was a wonderful and convenient stay. The hotel is renovated from the insight and the staff is very courteous.

Comfortable spot for a few nights. There’s a few restaurants near but but also not a really far walk from the heart of the area. Our AC unit was loud making it difficult for my girlfriend to sleep but they changed rooms to accommodate.

Air conditioner doesn’t work, i couldn’t sleep.

All was well but I must have missed that the shower was open over the toilet! Not my fave and made for a very wet overall bathroom experience. Otherwise great service and fine location.
