Breakfast was geared to continental and very little for the English, plates were cold for hot dishes. Very busy at weekends and some pastries not replaced quickly enough. However staff were very friendly and polite. Food was expensive to buy in the hotel and much cheaper elsewhere. We would stay there again as bedroom was very well appointed and bathroom big. Excellent cleaning schedule. Pool area was small with only 12 sun beds, but had a bar and tables and chairs, pool decent size for about 10-12 people.used Uber to travel to nearby bars and restaurants which was about 7euros per journey. Overall would give hotel 9 out of ten.

Staff particularly were excellent this time as much as the last time I stayed. Very convenient location, characterful, convenient couldn’t find a fault. Great rooftop terrace and bar.

Mycket trevligt hotell i Murcia. Ligger bara någon minut från gamla staden. Trevlig personal, bra och rena rum, sköna sängar. Trevlig frukost. Lätt att hitta parkering i området, hotellet har även egen parkering. Trevligt med pool och bar på taket.

Amazing staff, everyone works with a smile on their face! Very clean in all areas. Quite a dark room with a lovely large bathroom. Running water noises heard from other rooms and banging doors were a bit annoying, but otherwise the rooms were well soundproofed from road noise.

All good, didn't have breakfast. Great location for parades

Muy buen Hotel, habitaciones amplias y confortables, desayuno completo , personal muy amable y eficiente, tiene parking propio a 150m , pero como ocurre en España cocheras pequeñas, está a 10 minutos de caminata del casco histórico.

Spotless room and bathroom with great quality sheets and towels. Breakfast was off the scale and staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. In a great location for the city.

nice stay for business

Convenient, comfortable, and welcoming.

The room was really nice and the service of the stay staff at the desk was excellent. However the pool being closed even though it was advertised as open was a disappointment, when you’re paying a premium for somewhere with a pool. The room staff were also very loud pretty early in the morning which wasn’t great.
