Small room, no day light from window. No parking.

Great location

Stayed for two nights, parking was a plus at 15 euro a night, Hotel position was perfect. Breakfast was good The major down side was our room, it was small and so dark and dingy, lighting was dull, we couldn’t open the curtain because we were at street level and the public road and footpath were directly outside. Bathroom was made small, dominated by extra large shower cubicle which left no room for anything else I can only assess my opinion on my room Staff friendly

Beautiful location walking distance to citadelle and old town Besançon near breathtaking views and the gorgeous walking path along the river. The hotel had an eclectic and charming lobby/ lounge. Our room was on the ground floor of an annex type building. It was clean and simple. There is no air conditioning which was not a problem for us in early June but might be in mid summer. There is very limited parking on property and we had to find street parking which was not an easy feat - the staff directed us to a nearby lot which was full the entire stay requiring us to park on a road along the river - perhaps a 5 min walk away. Overall outstanding location and would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night on a driving trip through Burgundy. The staff here was exceptional and did everything they could to make our stay easy and comfortable. The hotel itself is charming, and I have to say that the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had on our trip. Also, the hotel is within easy walking distance of everything you want or need to see while visiting Besancon. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel welcomed in Besancon.

Very helpful staff. Room was rather small and supplies of coffee, tea and milk, stingy. Good comfortable bed spacious bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast.

The hotel and staff are amazing. Especially Pierre who took personal care of our family during our stay. Besoncon is also a wonderful destination!

Best 'Best Western' i've ever been in.

Hotel is well located in the centre, close to Citadelle, there are bars, restaurants and shops nearby. We were not in the main building. Room was little dark for my taste. Bathroom was clean.

The room had just been refurbished and was very clean. The staff was friendly and they gave us a city map with directions to the city centre. They have a private parking at a cost of 8 euros which we used.
