Very nice room with a good view! Bathroom had enough room to get everything done comfortably! Very safe and secure with the locked front door! Staff was nice and helpful!

The hotel is very conveniently located. Staff were super helpful even though we came late for check in. They also supplied us with kettle and tea cups for tea as my wife was feeling a bit unwell. Check out was easy and we were able to leave our bags at reception.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, it always welcoming in a great location for spending a few days in Nice. Near Train station and Trams and places to eat. Best for beach or town shopping.

Please keep in mind this is a budget motel in a seemingly old building. The motel and room were very clean. We found the room plenty spacious and very comfortable. The bed was soft and we slept extremely well. We live in a very warm climate and it was cold and rainy when we arrived. The staff was very accommodating with providing additional bedding for warmth. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the city and a 7 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The motel provided complimentary beach towels to borrow which is not something we have ever seen in our travels. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accommodations for the price. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Nice.

we arrived around 20:00, only to be told that our rooms were granted to other people and they had no availability. It was a bit disappointing at the end of a long day, considering that we had booked 2 rooms on expedia. The staff at the reception couldnt be more rude, calling us " not honest" and yelling instead of helping to solve the problem.

Small family run hotel. Excellent location, minutes from city centre. Supermarket next door, cafés and restaurants nearby. Metro and train stations within a few minutes walk. Comfortable beds, towels changed every day. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

We had 2 rooms for a family of 5 (3 adults, 2 children) for 2 nights. It was a comfortable stay in a convenient location; fairly basic, but an excellent budget option. One thing we missed in our rooms is a kettle to make tea/coffee. Also, the wifi can be accessed via phones only (not via laptops or gaming consoles - which was a disappointment for the kids). The breakfast seems a bit overpriced and doesn't have a discount for children.
