Staff at check in very lovely. However, the photos are not a good representation of the accommodation. It is tired and in need of refurbishing.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant and comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a fantastic convenience that made a big difference during our trip. The staff were excellent — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Communication was generally okay, though there’s room for improvement in clarity and responsiveness. One small issue was with the location: the address on Google Maps led us to the back of the hotel, which was a bit confusing. A heads-up or clearer directions from the hotel would have helped avoid that. Parking on the street felt safe and accessible, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a very good experience and we’d definitely consider staying again.

Beautiful hotel, on-site parking for no extra charge and the staff couldn't be better. We were a little late in arriving and the hotel sent a text and called to give us the access code to get in if we arrived after reception had closed.

Great hotel and perfect location!

The hotel is a short walk from Vence centre, it offers free on-site parking. Nothing fancy about the room but it was a comfortable stay for us. The swimming pool is quite nice, as well as garden area where you can sit and relax. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs which is a great feature.

Clean, friendly, warm and relaxing family run hotel by a couple with lots of attention to detail. Well worth a stay.

My wife and I have visited Vence (near Nice) many times over the past years. We have tried ALL the hotels there! By far Le Floréal is the nicest place to stay! And, one of the most reasonably priced as well. Parking is easy, safe and free for guests. The hotel is "dog friendly." We have stayed at this hotel 8 times in the last 7 years! We recommend highly! Great couple managing the hotel: they are friendly and always ready to help with information about anything that's going on in Vence and the surrounding area. Rooms are clean and spacious. WiFi is fine and, the hotel is just a 1 minute drive from Vence center and more importantly: only a 5 minute WALK to the nearest shops and cafés and restaurants in the village of Vence. Don't miss this hotel!

Good enough location for walking into Vence old town. Pool and lobby/restaurant are very average.

The best attribute of Le Floreal is the couple who own and manage the property. They are most helpful and welcoming.

Easy walking into town and the old town. The staff were always helpful when asked and polite and friendly. Excellent location for day trips to Nice, Antibes or Monaco. Would highly recommend thus hotel.

The hotel is nothing special although more expensive than the hotels nearby. Breakfast is not included and costs 12 euro. The receptionist charged my card although I made it clear, several times and also showing the emails, that everything was paid through hotels.com. They charged it anyway. Hotels.com tried to clarify the issue by phone but they claimed not to have charged it. Only when I made it clear I was going to report everything to the police, they finally confirmed to hotels.com they were going to reimburse everything. Very unpleasant experience mixed with seemingly racist behavior. Hotels.com was very professional and supportive, thanks
