Cleanliness is ok, hotel is a bit aged. BE CAREFUL of the hotel staff. On one of the days they told us it was not possible to get a taxi but they would arrange us one ..... 15 minutes later a illegal taxi turned up arranged by the hotel staff. We where taken to our destination in a old unsafe car, then charged double the amount !!!

Small value for small money. It is very cheap so if that is your main objective this hotel will do. It is clean. Reception is only open at certain periods. Beds are not comfortable and small. Breakfast is expensive compared to what they give for it.

Our stay here was just a stopover...a place to rest and plan our next destination.Breakfast was very basic not worth the charging price and in addition to taxes charged online you are also required to pay extra taxes to the hotel. The hotel was quiet clean and affordable but not a place to stay at for more than a day or two

The room is comfortable.

They stuck us in an attic bedroom with a slanted roof that was so tight you could hardly move with your small luggage. The picture in the ad is not representative of this hotel.

Stayed 2 nights, room spacious,clean and free internet in room. Breakfast was substantial and good variety. Approx 10-15 minutes walk to Hotel from Krakow Glowny train Station. Hotel not easy to find, you need to find way under pedestrian underpass. We asked for directions and people were friendly and helpful. Close to Restaurants and tram stop. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

The hotel was very convenient. ATM nearby, supermarket 600 meters down the road; easy access to Blois and a large shopping center. We have stayed at this hotel for twenty years and it has always been very good; never a problem.

The hotel is reasonable, not a bad location but you need to drive into Blois to see anything, and the rooms were clean and pretty comfortable. However the man on reception was pretty rude to us when we arrived - no hello or acknowledgment when we were standing in front of him. My parents had their confirmation paper which stated they had paid a deposit already, and upon check-in they only needed to pay the remainder. He tried to tell them that was tax, and asked for the full amount. They had to keep telling him the balance to be paid upon check-in (highlighted on the Hotels.com confirmation and they showed him this paper many times) and he kept saying no. It took a good 10 minutes for him to finally just ask for the balance. He was not polite or friendly and so I would not recommend this hotel as you may get overcharged.

Spent one night there, very good standard hotel, although in a region that might not be very touristic, it is nonetheless quiet, pleasing and charming. the quality of the room was brilliant and there were no issues at all. enjoyed it.

Over all good experience. Owners are very helpful in recommending attractions and restaurants. Rooms are good but small double bed.

Nice clean hotel, very convenient location with close access to highway, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store and gas station. Nothing fancy, just good value for your money. Not the most fluent in English, but they do make the effort to understand you and help, friendly and made us feel welcome.

Chambre comme sur l'appli , pas de surprise. Personnel très agréable. Bien placé pour reprendre l'autoroute.

Matelas ferme. Chambre sous les toits avec fenêtre assez petite limitant la possibilité d'aération de la chambre. Pas de volet, un simple rideau. Odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre un peu gênante. Un ventilateur était néanmoins mis à disposition. Petite baignoire bien pratique et fonctionnelle. Nécessaire de toilette fourni avec règles rappelées pour limiter la surconsommation. Une seule prise électrique fonctionnelle dans la chambre, un peu juste si l'on souhaite charger un téléphone et utiliser le ventilateur. Le tarif est néanmoins très raisonnable et nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit bien que dormant la fenêtre ouverte. Bonne localisation pour nos besoins pour ce séjour.

Climatisation bloquée sur 22 degrés, impossible de changer la température. La salle de bain mériterait une rénovation. Douche dans la baignoire avec rideau de douche qui colle à la peau et distributeur de gel douche déboité, obligé de le tenir pour s'en servir. Petit déjeuner très moyen.

Hôtel très propre avec de joli chambre spacieuse. Très bon accueil. Je recommande

Pas de service de petit déjeuner car pas assez de client. Un système de fermeture de la porte de chambre avec une clef à l ancienne, pas rassurant pour moi.

Tres bon acceuil

L’hôtel se situe en bordure d’une route très fréquentée. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre car trop de bruit à l’extérieur. Il y a certes un parking mais il est situé directement en bordure de route. Le coin sanitaire est très mal entretenu : faïence cassée, robinet thermostatique sans tête, moisissures en bordure du bac à douche. Comment cet hôtel a-t-il pu obtenir un classement 3* ?
