Rundown property with 90s aesthetic. Bath tub/Shower was super slippery and shower handle was placed in a very awkward position. Dark hallways.. dark furniture.

Property is located perfectly in the center of the town in walking distance of food and a lot of shopping. Breakfast at the property is not included with your stay it is extra.

The room had a dark and dismal decor . It is an old building which is in an excellent location for shops , the old town and restaurants .

Located in the old part of town, walkable to restaurants, bars and shops, with parking for guests (reserve in advance) for €11 per day. Staff at hotel reception were very welcoming. We stayed for one night. Would recommend this hotel for its convenience, safety and welcoming staff.

Toilet space and shower space is tight.

We fell in love with the city of Tours in large part because of the quality of our stay at BW Tours!!! Clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast!!! We will cone again and send everyone we know!!

The hotel was very central to everything - could walk everywhere. Very nice rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful historic hotel with a great breakfast. Our room was very small and our sheets were stained with what looked like old blood. The carpet was also old and had dirt on parts of it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations for dinning in the area. We would stay here again but would definitely book a larger room.

Perfect for a family mini stopover on our travels through France this summer. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet, walking distance to the sights of Tours and many local restaurants to choose from.

The hotel is in the centre of the city with a good covered car park. The public spaces are small, with a limited bar and breakfast area but it all worked and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There are restaurants, shops and all the main attractions within easy walking distance. We were there on a wet Monday evening and most restaurants were closed.
