Very much as advertised. No local amenities

I cannot imagine how this hotel received a four-star rating. It was at best a one star hotel. It was old, in poor condition and without amenities. The air-conditioning system in the lobby was not working very well and the AC the room was set to 26°C so it never really cooled off. I would consider this false advertising. I had to stay there because it was near the airport, but I would never stay there again.

Absolutely fine for a stay before a flight. Don’t expect luxury. The walls don’t block out much sound so I’d advise earplugs.

Clean room with air conditioning and liked the bathroom amenities provided. Great breakfast and 7 mins walk to the airport.

We spent only one night at this hotel and had a very early flight next morning. Clean spacious room, comfortable bed,air conditioned, walking distance to the airport, 10 minutes walk exactly. Quiet throughout the night. The staff are very friendly and polite

Be aware of Restorant charges!!!! , when you trying to pay a bill on the spot, they give you an excuse: you can pay later, when you check out( our computer doesn’t work now), next morning, when you are ready to live the place , smash you with overcharges ( according menu my bill was about 35 euros, but at check out they asked 45 ), it was no time for argument ( need to go to airport to catch the plane home), so they use this situation…

No food nearby. Staff had the name of a pizza place that delivered, it was good! Bar had snacks. Staff was helpful.

Great hotel for a quick and reasonably priced stay that is super close to the airport. It was clean and the staff were nice. Room was nice with simple, modern furnishing. Breakfast is optional, the bar opens at 4 pm and dinner starts at 6 pm. No other options for food in the hotel so you might need to venture out. There was a mini fridge in the room with complimentary waters.

Overall, pretty good for what we wanted - close to rental car return and airport. Not a lot to walk to in that area so the little bar in the hotel with some food options was nice.

Nice breakfast, clean room. Nothing fancy but fine for convenience. Extremely close to airport. Staff very nice helped us with calling in dinner. Really bad part of town.

To refer to this as a four star hotel is not just inaccurate but simply deceptive. This is a two star budget hotel. The courtyard is full of trash. The planters are damaged and full of weeds. They will not greet you with even a glass of water. Instead they sweep up a dead cockroach as they make you a paid cup of coffee. The rooms are extremely small and have not been renovated in years- although we did not find bugs in the room. The bathroom is so small it is barely serviceable. The only positives are good quality towels and location to the airport. I would never recommend or stay here again.

Stayed here because of proximity to the NAP airport. Turns out it is about a 15 minute walk, which it was fine for me since I was traveling with only a backpack. Taxi is about €20+ euros for a couple miles drive so beware. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they were there for me when I also needed help with the A/C unit. There’s a bar on property that was open until 11pm and they recommended a pizza delivery service which was delicious and speedy. This is not in a walkable area with bars/shops/restaurants, and I’d be cautious in walking to the airport during day. The hotel served the purpose of a very clean room and “convenience “ to the airport. Given that there aren’t many options in the area, I would stay again if I had an early morning flight like I did this time. Price seemed higher than it should be for the quality of the beds and local economy, but hey…. They’re close to the airport.

This hotel has a lot of bad reviews and frankly I don't get it. The staff was helpful and friendly, calling us a cab at 5 am for our early flight. The room had very nice amenities including a smart TV, a toiletry kit, mini fridge and free water bottles. We had massive windows that overlooked the main road which yes of course was noisy but that's to be expected at an hotel right next to an airport. Yes the walls were thing but we had no issues with falling asleep. Only downside is you really can't walk to the airport and we had to get food delivered as there isn't a restaurant but that was done within five mins of ordering.

Location was perfect for an overnight to the airport. The breakfast was great.

The room was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable, although another pillow would have been good. Aircon worked brilliantly and all the staff were very approachable and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a huge choice to eat. It was also really convenient for the airport.

I would not recommend staying here unless you have absolutely no other alternatives. The area is very rough. The hotel rooms look nothing like they do in the photos. The bathrooms are not clean. All of the metal is rusted. I felt like the rooms were not clean. The walls were completely scratched and stained.

It was a great disappointment in a terrible neighborhood. Very sparse accommodations felt more like an army Barrrick than a hotel. Should not have been on your website filthy Neighbourhood. Unsavory people always hanging around. Very disappointed in Hotels.com for having this on their website.
