Rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Great location walkable to sights and restaurants, friendly and helpful staff at check in. Very clean room with nicely renovated bathroom and complimentary coffee machine. Only negative was the room was quite small, down a narrow passage and only had windows looking out on an interior stairwell and a ventilation shaft. Still a good value for the money considering the generous and tasty breakfast buffet was included in the price.

Extremely cramped accomodations

Property is in an excellent location close to restaurants and attractions. Nice and spacious with a full tub. Not a fan of the 1/2 shower door where water inevitably spills onto the floor... although seems to be the way with most hotels. AC was excellent and also appreciated the ability to open the window. Unfortunately even with a request to the hotel to review, Wifi wasn't good for most of the stay. Overall a very nice and pleasant stay.

Being inside the palace walls is an incredible experience. Parking is a little rough as the underground parking was far from the hotel. Cobblestone roads are not easy to roll your bags. But we loved our stay there.

Perfect location. Room is small but the windows from our room overlooked the square. Beds were not the most comfortable. Staff was excellent. Many stairs, there is a small lift but mornings waiting can be a challenge

Hard to find and figure out parking. NO air conditioning! Front desk told us to open the windows, but people talking, smoking etc... made that impossible. If you are not going to turn on the AC, don't advertise it!

Our first time in Avignon was a delight! Staying at Kyriad Avignon Palais Des Papes was convenient and accessible to all the walled city had to offer. We want to come back!

Nice hotel in a very nice area with lots of ourdoor eating and shopping. Convenient to park in La Halles parking ramp and walking. Good breakfast for 14 euro per person. Comfortable beds.

The hotel's main selling point is its location, so central to everything you might need or want to visit. The staff were nice and helpful. Room was basic but for the price given the properties location it is good value for money. My only complaint would be the 20 euro charge for accessing the room one hour early.

Best location, 5 min walk from central train station, very clean, friendly people, Area is great with pedestrian street and lots of restaurants, Les Halles market about 10 min walk.
