Beautiful hotel with excellent location and wonderful staff. Booked 2 rooms and they put us on separate floors and said we should’ve specified we needed 2 rooms on the same floor. They were able to accommodate us on the same floor eventually. Many dining options within short walking distance. 7 mins walk to arc de triumph and the start of champs Elysee. About 12 mins to tour Eiffel, 10 mins to seine river. Highly recommend!

Love this hotel. Clean, comfortable, and with berry helpful staff. Great location near the arc de Triomphe. Very same lobby but the rooms are a good size. Great value in Paris.

Comfortable beds, quiet, very nice small hotel. Very good AC during a heat wave. Overall a very good stay in a convenient location on a fairly quiet street. We didn’t care for the breakfast, but everything else was fine.

There wasn't any coffee or tea in the rooms. There weren't any Tea Kettles or coffee pots in the room to make coffee or tea. For the price of this hotel room, I would have expected coffee or tea in the room. Also, there wasn't any bottled water or refrigerator in the room. Again, at the high price of this hotel, I would have expected better. Lastly, there was only 1 bath towel, had to ask for additional towel.

We love this boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were in Paris during the heat wave and thank goodness they had great air conditioning. The rooms are quiet and the black out blinds work well. We had 2 adjoining rooms and the set up was great. It was not just a door between two rooms but we had a small hallway in one room so it really felt like we had a lot of space. The showers worked great and the bathtubs were clean, white and perfect. We had a power outage twice which lasted 5 minutes maximum and was likely due to the increased need due to the constant air conditioning. I'm not certain if it was just the hotel or the area. The elevator was out of service but the management was all over it and it was working again within hours. I did not get the impression this was usual. The location is very good and safe. It is a quiet location but an easy walk to the Champs. There are some excellent restaurants located very close. Breakfast was a buffet style. It was very good, well stocked and clean. We enjoyed the expresso maker. There is no other restaurant in the hotel and the eating area is really only for breakfast. We had room service with the mixed plate (charcuterie board). There is limited options but it is reasonable for the small size of the hotel. There is an elevator but it is small and a bit slow - will carry maximum 4 people. Overall, I think this is a hidden gem. We stayed here for 1.5 weeks and would stay here again.

Our family of four (including two teenage girls) stayed for 3 nights in June and we loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful (all spoke excellent English) and it was walkable to major attractions and transportation. We booked the superior family connecting rooms and the space has two full bathrooms, kings size beds, a connecting hallway with plenty of closet space and a mini fridge. The bathrooms were beautiful with high quality fixtures. We particularly loved being able to open the large windows in each room and the bathrooms. This place is a real gem. We cant wait to come back.

Great location! Rooms were great, we stayed with kids and the staff left little coloring/activity books for them which was a very nice touch and kept them entertained for any of the time we spent at the hotel

The room is fine if you are going in without high expectations. Happened to be in Paris during a heat wave in May, while the hotel has "air conditioning" its not what anyone from the US would consider cool, it was just enough to take the edge off. The blow dryer is in a drawer near the front door of the room so you have to do your hair with a small mirror at the door ( its attached and cannot be moved). There is only 1 outlet in the bathroom that is built into the mirror and the door that its hidden behind automatically closes and kept pushing my hair tools out of the socket. The only option was to do my hair at the desk, thankfully I brought a portable mirror with me. Breakfast was well done, nothing complicated but we enjoyed the convenience. Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around, the area is a bit hilly though. Overall, we were happy for the price, we were originally looking at more expensive hotels and decided we'd rather spend our money on shopping.

It was almost perfect just that weird pungent smell when I enter the lobby toward the stairs. I am not sure if it’s their frangrance but it doesn’t smell good at all. Otherwise, staff is great and very helpful! And walking distance to the main stores.

Hotel well located in a quiet neighborhood in the 8th arrondissement, very close to the Arc du Triomphe and Champs Elysees, but a little far away from a metro station. We were able to check-in early for a fee. The room had an awkward layout with the toilet in a separate space in front of the bed. The size of the room was average, with enough space for a short stay luggage. The room did not have a small fridge and air conditioning did not work very well, which may be an issue during the summer. A very good breakfast was included in the rate. There is a restaurant next door that is quite smelly.

Before explaining my low rating, I want to acknowledge that our suite was modern, clean, and spacious—especially by Paris standards. Unfortunately, several issues made this the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had, even compared to lower-tier hotels. 1. Upon arrival, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the lobby that spread throughout the hotel, including our room. While issues can happen, it was unacceptable that management did not address it promptly. This occurred on a Saturday, and management did not come until Monday. For a 4-star hotel, I would expect this to be treated as an urgent issue with all hands on deck to fix it even on a weekend. 2.There was no air conditioning, which felt misleading. We were told it was too early in the season, yet temperatures were above 72°F. Our top-floor room became uncomfortably hot. Opening windows wasn’t an option due to the smell entering the room. Fans were provided, but this is not the standard I expect from a 4-star hotel. 3.The shower water temperature fluctuated unpredictably, turning hot or cold when water was used elsewhere, either in our room or possibly in others.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and during my stay, the hotel smelled horrible and when speaking to the front desk, they were aware of the issue but did not know how to solve the problem. Additionally, there was no air conditioning in the room. It was available but was told they have not turned it on.
