Lovely hotel with access to the lake and a lovely pool. Shame that the amenities by the lake were quite scarce -

The hotel was great! My only remark would be that the tv and blow dryer didn't work.

Air conditioning in my room did not work at all. It was the hottest day in Geneva and I filtered my Expedia search specifically for rooms with air conditioning. I tried calling the front desk to see if I could move but could not get through and since I was only staying for one night, didn’t bother pushing further.

We absolutely loved our stay in Switzerland. Though from the US standards this wouldn't be rated a 4 star hotel, as far as value, friendliness, charm and location it gets a 4 star from me!

Staff was passive aggressive and smarmy when trying to work out an issue with a cancellation.

My husband and I enjoyed ordering food from the restaurant at the hotel and eating on the terrace outside of our room. The chocolate lava cake was especially delicious. The property is a bit dated and the air conditioning was not very effective at keeping the room cool, but our stay was otherwise comfortable. We appreciated that robes were provided in the room.

Excellent three day stay in a beautiful setting, hotel located by Lake Geneva. Very good room, spacey and super comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast, overall staff most helpful with a smile.

Fantastic quiet location on the lake and short drive to Nyon. Had a ground floor room with private terrace plenty of space to relax. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. WiFi available but they seemed surprised when we asked for the code just assume everyone uses roaming data! If you arrive early don't expect to get in to your room. It was made clear room is available from 3pm. Reception seems to be staffed randomly had to wait to pick up room key & on checkout. Restaurant terrace overlooking the lake for breakfast was a great way to start the day. Buffet with good range although little slow topping up empty items although we were in no rush. Staff were cheerful, friendly and overall efficient. Highly recommended.
