Excellent hotel, staff more than helpful. Only downside was wall heater was hanging off the wall at one side. As the temperature was very high it wasn’t really a problem. Would definitely stay here again

Room was clean but very small. There weren’t many options for breakfast and the seating was really tight.

Was a little muddled, walked in was very busy tried to find a table Didn’t realise there was other people waiting to be seated, perhaps a sign asking people to “please wait to be seated”. Just like other hotels and restaurants, felt guilty as we bumped the queue while other people were waiting, other than that all all fine

Bra boende eftersom man endast sover där. Våningsängen knakade och resåren var hård. Funkar säkert för yngre barn. De övriga sängarna var ok. Hördes en hel del ljud från gatan nattetid men beror säkert på dålig isolering i fönstret.

Good location to stay in London, very convenient. Hotel room is typical London size, good Continental breakfast included with lots of options.

Great location, walking distance to Paddington Station. The staff was very exceptional.

No air conditioning … we picked the hottest week of the year to say. Great hotel super location. Ya for sure we would recommend this location.

Extremely small rooms with no ventilation or air conditioning. The "family room" we booked didn't have enough room for luggage in-between our beds. The room was so hot my wife and daughter were getting sick from heat exhaustion. When we asked if there was any chance we could be refunded for our second night, understanding that the first night would still need to be paid for as we just could not stay, we were refused. We understand that there is a heat wave running through London right now, but even after it was a medical situation we were denied by management. This was not a non-refundable rate, and they still would do nothing to help. I would stay away in the heat of the summer and if you wanted to be treated unfairly. We paid extra to leave and find a much better hotel.

Room worked just on the smaller size

It was a place to sleep for the night. Nothing special. Good location close to Paddington Station. Not easy to find - image looked like it was on a a corner, but it’s a door in a long building with other “hotels” on either side. We had to leave before the complimentary breakfast, so we can’t comment. Staff were friendly and there were several restaurants within walking distance.

I had a wonderful day at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around the I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start each day. The staff were friendly, and overall, the hotel offered good value. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that the hotel does not have air conditioning. Normally, this may not be an issue in London, but i happened to visit during one of the hottest periods the city has experienced in years. A fan was provided however, The room became quite warm, which made sleeping uncomfortable. If you’re visiting during cooler months, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. However, if you’re traveling during the summer or a heat wave, just be aware that the lack of air conditioning could affect your comfort. Aside from that, i had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Nice clean hotel in a great location. However don't go here if you want to sleep our room was under reception and we was kept awake for 2 nights with banging and people walking across the floorboards. Then at 8.40 this morning a maintenance man arrived and started banging outside our room climbing up a ladder. Surely this could have been done once people checked out at 11
