Good location, nice room. Clean

Horrible experience

It’s nice and clean here. Not super modern, but everything works and is in good condition. Easy walking distance to the exhibition/fair. My room facing the courtyard was really quiet, so I could sleep with the window open at night without annoying noise. The breakfast buffet was really good, and the staff taking care of it were absolutely amazing 👍 Right next to the hotel, there’s a place where you can grab something to eat or have a glass of Turkish tea. Parking is at Arena P, just around the corner. I’d happily stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff

The staff at the rec option desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was an ok size for a single occupancy. Typical twinbed style as it is common in Europe. Clean room. Comfortable mattress (I prefer the harder mattresses), and shower and sink water pressure were perfect. It is also only a 10-minute walk to Koelnmesse or one subway stop.

Great hotel, special shout out to the night porter who was outstanding.

We stayed here for two nights. The staff was freindly and helpful. The location was good, walkbale distance to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Sound proofing not the best as we could here other guests i nthe hallway.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Lanxess Arena, super. Das Parkhaus P2 liegt direkt gegen über dem Hotel, kostet für 24h 20€, das ist ok. Alles war gut, Frühstück war extra 13,50€/Person. War reichhaltig und gut

We highly recommend this hotel for any stay in Cologne, but especially for events at Lanxess Arena. It is just across the street, walking distance to main train station m, and many places to eat/drink within 1-2 blocks. Staff were efficient and super friendly. Rooms were very clean with enough room to move around and store our luggage. We look forward to staying here again!

Pleasant hotel. The room was on the small side--so good for only 1 person. If you are seeing any event at Laxness Arena, this is a good option.

This is a great hotel for a central location in Cologne. Very walkable to the city center; the rooms are small and functional but very clean and tidy. Parking is a bit challenging but can be worked out by using a public lot about .25km from the hotel itself. It is a good option at a reasonable price point for Cologne.
