We loved this place. The location was great and the room itself was beautiful. I was almost sad leaving my beautiful room.

Right towards the end of the canal for the best sunsets ever

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip around Europe. Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable. We had everything we needed and the location was easy walking distance to everything that we wanted to see but was also close to a boat stop and the train station. We needed to do some laundry during our stay and there is a laundrette near the train station that is easy enough to use. We would stay here again if we visit Venice again.

One big disappointing area was our room was in 3rd floor and had to take our bags there. No elevator. Use stairs to take up n bring down. Check out time too early. Need to be at least 12pm. Last night around 12am someone on floor above making so much noise. Sounded like furniture was being moved. Floor above was blocked off so not sure if management was rearranging something but noise went on for good one hour. Two gents were great helping us with information. Overall good. We are used to in state having elevator for anything going up.

This is a very clean hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I would stay here again. The check in process was at a different place than the hotel and they wanted the fees in cash only and not credit card. Other than that we loved the hotel.

Charming vintage Venice hotel close to everything!

Lady at the counter was a bit rude. There was an additional fee of four euros per room for both mine and the party I was traveling with. She refused to accept our credit cards for payment said it was a city tax and she needed cash only. At the time we did not have euros as of yet and she refused to take US currency. Eventually, she conceded to taking our credit card for the so-called tax but only if we paid for both rooms together

Canal room was larger but didn't feel that it added to the experience of being in the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay and the Ventian decor was lovely.

Such an interesting old hotel! In a quiet part of town which is so nice to be off the main tourist road. The room is beautifully designed and the canal view is a wonderful touch. The bed was comfortable but is not for all, could cause back issues if you don’t sleep carefully. All in all a wonderful experience!

This place is gorgeous! We didn’t get to stay long, but the staff was friendly and the room was beautiful. On the water next to places to eat. Can’t recommend enough

Furnishings were nice. Easy walk to anywhere. Water transport station very very close. Managers/owners were very helpful and accommodating.

The room is very small and very old.

Lovely room with a great view of the canal. Quiet spot at night as at the end of the walkway. Easy check in at the hotel along the canal. There is work being down on the canal outside so there was some noise first thing in the morning. Safe wasn’t working in the room and we could find English channels on the tv (not the end of the world!). Not a proper shower. Just a shower head to use in the bath. Bed was quite hard but got used to it and air con worked well. Would book again!

The hotel was very clean, air conditioned, and on the water. The staff was very accommodating, letting us leave our luggage before check-in and after check out so we can enjoy more of the city before our departure.

Love the area. The room was big and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and near major sites. Would highly recommend it.
