The room AC was not working during our stay. The hotel could not fix it and we could not sleep properly during our stay. The room given to us was a pigeon hole with a distant view of the sea and was totally different from the pictures shown before booking. Buffet dinner was terrible with a server named Sonia showing bad attitude. While the view outside the hotel and possibly some rooms may have good views, it was a very disappointing experience. Will not go back there or recommend it to anyone else either.

Our flight home was cancelled, so we booked two last minute rooms here. Did not disappoint. Beautiful property, good food, right on ocean with ladders descending into the water (or you can just jump in off the cliffs). A really delightful final night in Madeira! Would gladly stay here again (and for longer).

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub im Sentido Galosol. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer komfortabel und sauber, schöner Balkon mit Meerblick, tolle Lage und auch das Frühstück war top. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Manchmal nervig war die Parkplatzsuche, da sehr wenig Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen, öffentliche Parkplätze gegen geringe Gebühr waren vor allem am Wochenende ebenfalls eher rar. Ansonsten alles top.

Great location by the ocean with access to several pools and the sauna and steam rooms with ocean views was amazing. The room was very spacious, bigger than we expected and the breakfast offered a wide selection. The staff were also friendly. There are a few restaurants within walking distance although I would recommend having a car to explore further

Fantastic breakfast!

Well deserved 4star resort hotel. Our standard room had a balcony facing the ocean. Resort had 2 restaurants, multiple pools, and many other amenities that we didn’t get to enjoy for our one-night stay. Breakfast had lots of variety of food. Room itself was really clean and in perfect condition, good layout, comfortably firm bed and pillows. Parking could be a bit of struggle if checking in late, there’s only a strip of parking spots along the side of the building, approximately 25-30.

The property is simply ok. Not great, not bad. The adult only hotel, Sentido Galomar looked much better and the facilities e.g spa, nicer restaurant, lounge was located in the other hotel meaning you have to walk (very short walk though). Breakfast was very basic, the buffet lunch and dinner were much better.

Beautiful and definitely will be back!

Location next to cliffs with oceanic views is what gives this hotel its allure.

The spa facilities were amazing, we loved the saunas and the steam bath. Swimming in the ocean was also lovely as was the outdoor pool area. I would highly recommend this hotel.
