Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Very convenient location right at the bridge to get into the downtown core. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool and AC in room were very much appreciated due to the heat wave! The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The best location in Figeac. Right on the river. We had the best meal at the restaurant. Car park across the street was easy for us with our car+roofbox. Would stay again.

Great place to stay in Figeac. Fantastic breakfast, perfect location, nice facilities. Right on the Chemin. Staff were great, especially Anthea who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Great beds and air conditioning.

Just a one night stay, sadly. Easy parking just over the road. Lovely room in top condition. Earplugs kindly supplied to help deal with the road noise from the bridge, but we didn't find it overly disturbing. Breakfast very good, but at 15 Euros the priciest of our trip round France. They also seemed understaffed at breakfast as the same staff were having to juggle reception duties as well.

So cool that we are in the medieval fortress. Nice! Need to replace carpet to wooden floor. Need to fix ceiling in the bathroom in room 33. Staff great.

Amazing hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location by the river. Comfortable rooms. In down town figeac. No mini bar which is no big deal for us and no safe in the room. However there is one at the reception you can use. We really loved this hotel and will not hesitate to come back. Thank you for the staff who made our stay exceptional

Très bon hôtel bien placé dans le centre ville. Petit dej sur la terrasse sur la riviere. Piscine sur le toit, mais pas eu le temps Figeac, superbe ville.

The hotel has a great location by the bridge overlooking the River. The hotel seems newly refurbished and and everything is spotless. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious enough. Balcony was nice to sit when weather was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating with any request. Parking lot small but always a space and free. Did not use the restaurant or bar. Did not like the soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink. Too hard to squeeze to get soap out.

location is excellent, easy walk into center of town. View from room overlooking small river into town. Breakfast menu is also very nice. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Figeac is a great stopover or weekend it has a market on Saturday and many good restaurants. The Pont D’Or is perfectly placed and has the bonus of roof top pool and riverside bar/restaurant.
