The hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was sheer opulence sitting in the common area and having breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful totally satisfied with our stay. Also, the hotel is located in the perfect location.

This is better than just a wonderfully run hotel. The location in central Barcelona is perfect. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. There’s a 25 hour well-stocked buffet featuring wine, beer, sodas, juices and coffee in addition to meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables.

Beautiful hotel, kind staff, and very nice to have buffet all day

Clean, recently renovated rooms with plenty of space for suitcases. Staff were lovely and we appreciated the included buffet and drinks which we enjoyed on the balcony overlooking La Rambla. Front door to rooms and walls are thin.. When trying to sleep, I could hear the neighbouring guests speaking or their TV and people talking at reception.

The room was very clean. Loved the little buffet. The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We would go back!

The buffet was well stocked with a good variety of food.

Room too warm

One of the staff (male white man on duty 1/25/25) was very rude on his approach towards me as i was walking barefoot to the buffet area. My feet was so sore from all the walking and there was no slipper provided. I understand there should be proper decorum inside thd hotel but what i am not happy about and i dont appreciate him being too loud of reprimanding me like a child infront of our guests. That is not nice. And the fact he told me its the “LAW” and Policy” however i dont see in my many years of traveling i have never known any hotel that would prohibit us from walking barefoot. It was as what i needed and my preference of touching the dirt in their floor not the other way around.

We booked a suite and it was perfect. The location, service and cleanliness were excellent. The room itself was huge, with a beautiful new bathroom (also huge). We also loved having the 24-hour snack buffet. Overall, just a wonderful experience I would highly recommend!

Clean room, very helpful staff, shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

It is a gem. A wonderful place to stay. Music nights are a great bonus. 24/7 food and drink in my view is a winner. The staff are very good always know you on return. Being a beautique hotel it is not crowded a real family atmosphere. It is very easy to recommend a stay there.

Great location in Barcelona. Lists of restaurants and shops all around. Very comfortable room and nice buffet for breakfast. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to get to the lobby. They do have someone to help with baggage, which is great, but if you have an early flight, you’re on your own. There is an elevator, but still some stairs to deal with.

The hotel staff were very kind, and the hotel was convenient because it offered 24-hour free meal service. And the hotel's location was great.

Great location. Breakfast Buffet is subpar with stale bread and cold eggs. Lots of steps to reception …. . There is an elevator but still many steps to reach the lift itself. Other hotels nearby with better amenities
