Beautiful hotel in heart of the city. 24 hours food available included in your booking.Staff are friendly.

Unfortunate experience at this hotel while traveling through europe with our infant. The room was seemingly infested with cockroaches and spiders that we noticed when going to bed that evening. We made the front desk aware the following morning and they indicated management would follow up to make things right. No communication was received.

The hotel is beautiful! Very ornate designs. The 24 hr buffet was very basic, but hit the spot when a snack was needed. The dining area was beautiful!

Would definitely stay again

The hotel services and staff are amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast and the food and the drinks. The issues: 1) people walking upstairs from 5am, we heard the foot steps and taking and woke us up every morning. 2) the room’s AC was not operating properly and it either made the room to cold or if we turned off the room was too warm. Not a convenient situation. The AC was not really adjusting based on room temperature.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. The property is beautiful! I particularly liked the fact that there was complimentary food and drinks 24 hours. Dani made a very good impression and was very helpful.

The hotel is a jewel of ardhitectire and design of times past. It is kept in excellent condition. When we arrived we were in disarray when we looked ar rhe stairs we had to climb wirh our heavy luggage since the reception was i pnw flight upstairs. But soon a concierge came in and took care of the luggage. The room were small, accoring to American standards, but OK for European standards. The hotel has a buffet open 24 hs a day, with drinks, coffee, tea, cookies, pastries, etc. Breakfast was excellent. The room has independen air comditioning. I had trouble maling the safe ox work, but a member of the staff came in and heped me with this issue. The hotel was very well located

Staff would not turn the heat until numerous guests complained. For the price charged, this should not have been an issue.

Excellent staff, a wonderful Flamenco evening with Cava and jamon Iberico offered by hotel. Very clean rooms. An excellent buffet available free all night. Really a lot of lovely gestures by management.

Smaller Hotel but amenities were phenomenal including a 24 hour buffet and welcome bottle of wine. Location is great and staff the best we had during our trip. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was sheer opulence sitting in the common area and having breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful totally satisfied with our stay. Also, the hotel is located in the perfect location.

This is better than just a wonderfully run hotel. The location in central Barcelona is perfect. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. There’s a 25 hour well-stocked buffet featuring wine, beer, sodas, juices and coffee in addition to meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables.

Beautiful hotel, kind staff, and very nice to have buffet all day

Clean, recently renovated rooms with plenty of space for suitcases. Staff were lovely and we appreciated the included buffet and drinks which we enjoyed on the balcony overlooking La Rambla. Front door to rooms and walls are thin.. When trying to sleep, I could hear the neighbouring guests speaking or their TV and people talking at reception.
