Breakfast was provided in the restaurant in the basement. It's a separate charge and you have to sign up for it the day before, but it's easily accessible and good.

Absolutely perfect hotel!!

Rooms were clean and basic. Decor a bit tired. Cute amazing, location excellent. Pool and hot tubs were icy cold and empty. Do not come if you like pools and hot tubbing

La bienvenida y ayuda en todo es completamente calurosa y amable. Los materiales de la construcción y de loa detalles son de alto nivel y enamoran y confortan tu estadía. El gym es perfecto para hacer una rutina y tiene un ambiente tranquilo. Todo el hotel está en perfectas condiciones y excelente limpieza. No quería salir de allí por lo excelente que me sentí. Great hotel, good location very good value

Excellent hotel. Very stylish and exceptionally clean. Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Gym was small but good. Overall the hotel was an excellent design hotel. I would definitely come back here next time I am in Madrid.

Great area. Cool art vibe to the hotel. Wonderful restaurant /bar. Halls and rooms have many hard surfaces so can be noisy.

Great location just off Gran Via near the metro station. Had a lovely large bright bedroom on the 6th floor and bath with shower. Didn't bother with breakfast but room service good. Lovely staff and all v clean and modern

Will when came there is no water in room and the reception was rude and not helpful at all my phone just close temporarily and I need to send massage over the WhatsApp I try to explain that my family is worried but they say no the only benefit is the hotel near every think

We didn't try the breakfast as it was 21€ per person. Maybe it was all you can eat? That might make it better. But we aren't an AYCE audience. It did look decent though. As a couple from the States, we were intrigued to see that Floor 0 (zero) was the lobby/main floor area. And floors above were regular: 1, 2, 3.... Then the floor below was -1. Different but made sense. Just a little learning curve. Shower was great with high water pressure, like home. Bed was comfy. I wish we could've signed into our Netflix account for bedtime, but didn't see or understand finding out how. No big deal though. We don't stay in our hotel very long, unless sleeping. Great stay!!!
