Very nice.

Room was spotless! However no wardrobe in the room only approximately 8 coat hangers behind a full length mirror which were very awkward to get to plus there were 2 shelves directly below the hangers! The only 2 drawers were very small….one had a hair dryer in the other had an iron in!!

Excellent customer service, clean and spacious room. Top quality breakfast that set you up for the day.

this hotel had five stars up until the last minute. Wonderful check in, great room. Reasonable priced upgrade. The restaurant had unbelievable dishes. Everybody was friendly. The lobby was great. It was really one of the best days I’ve ever had until the very end… I needed an hour extra to check out for medical reasons - and was told they charged by the hour for late checkout… I have never even heard of this before. It is either possible. (courtesy.) or a hotel can’t do it. Charging by the hour for late check out? That is a low class move. So even though we love the hotel and we love the staff, we find a late checkout policy to be very offputting to say the least! It really left a sour taste at the end of an otherwise outstanding stay.

Wonderful hotel, second time staying here and will do so again and again. Breakfast is excellent, and staff are fabulous.

The sink continuously backed up and the toilet seat was unclean. The towels were also thin and scratchy. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Really noisy room. No soundproof insulation from the street. Minibar empty and off.

Clean room,delicious breakfast. Just our heater was not working, but they gave us portable heater.

Lovely comfortable hotel in central Oslo, easy walking around city centre and to bus and railway stations. Lots of eating places to choose from.

Great breakfast with wide selection of choices. Rooms were clean and a good size for price paid. Staff was friendly and check in/out was easy.

Rooms and staff were nice. We had the window open to cool the room off. It was a bit noisy from the people walking home from the bars (they stay open until 3:30) overall no complaints with the hotel itself.

Overall it is nice hotel with all the necesssities. However, there was an issue with the hotel staff. One morning at 8:20 am I was waken up by the constant knocking on the door, I said yes? then a white lady, manager (I assume) just went ahead and opened the door. The door was automatic, so it was fully widely open. Meanwhile I was in bed under my blancket and still half asleep. She asked if I needed the rooming cleaning. I said could you get out and close the door, it is 8:20 am, then she tried to educate me and said I should put on the 'dont bother sign' instead. I know the cleaning service would be later in the day. After that incident, I had been worried someone would suddenly open my room so I had to make sure I was properly dressed and closed the bathroom door when using bathroom. I'm a very frequent traveler internationally, I don't think this behavior would be acceptable anywhere.

Found a plaster under the bed, but overall adequate for a one stay
