hotel was very good food for getting around to the town easy nice staff clean room only one little thing i would have liked the spa/hot tub to have been open at an earlyer time as it opened at 1400 hours

The property included breakfast, which was a real feast. I also had a bowling alley and sauna as well as nicely equipped gym.

Nice hotel near a supermarket and other activities. Helpful staff

Reception staff were extremely unprofessional. There was a gentleman and a lady on desk. They pointed out that was an error in my booking. I asked how to resolve, and I needed to pay an extra 500czk. This was OK, but what followed really was not. The staff then went on to accuse me repeatedly me that I had 2 extra children - as another room was checking out the same time as my family/pointing to 2 other kids over. They were were waiting with their own parents. It was incredibly awkward being put in a position to argue some random children are not yours during checkout. Honestly let down what would of been a good stay. My worst in over 100 Expedia bookings.

A Nice experience

Ok stay unfortunately bowling was closed for the holidays. Bedrooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent.

Loved the city and the hotel. Great beds. Good breakfast. Loved the onsite restaurant. Free onsite parking. If I have to visit Brno again, I will choose this hotel.

Nice Hotel, Free Parking, about 45 min walk to the Old town. 5 min walk to Kaufland supermarket.

Fantastic breakfast. Only problem was construction prevented access to hotel on one side. We navigated to other side. Sure this is temporary and beyond hotel’s control. Rooms were clean and staff very helpful.

We had one night here after flying in to Brno. We arrived around 1030 and were able to check in straight away. Parking is free. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the room very quiet. Its around 15 mins from the centre by tram, or 40 minutes on foot. The breakfast was really good, plenty if choice. All the staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly.

Nice place to stop for one night. Hotel seemed to have several amenities that we didn't have a chance to use. Lovely breakfast spread!

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the value for money. We needed one night stopover and this hotel offered everything we needed hassle free parking comfortable beds, restaurant on site and room service. All the staff of the hotel is very pleasant and helpful. I will not hesitate to stay here again and hopefully will have time to use spa facilities next time.

Reception was very helpful. Even thought it was Christmas Day, she helped find a restaurant that was open, gave great directions. The hotel has large, comfortable rooms and a great gym and wellness center with cardio, weights, sauna and jacuzzi.

I have stayed there previously. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. No problems with anything.

Excellent hotel, great on-site facilities with wellness, gym, sauna and such. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast selection was good.
