Good location close to the high street. Loads of shopping and sightseeing. Close to the river and the castle. Room was tidy, carpets a bit outdated, could be lighter in the corridors. Early check-in was really helpful, so no complaints. Very good location and plenty different cuisine restaurants around

Amazing location, very quiet, clean.

Nearly all good and definitely loved our room overlooking the street cafe. Just feel that a 4* should have a little more personal interaction e.g. have a reception and a representative to talk to if required, not just emailed a bunch of codes to get access.

Really hard work to check in! Despite trying to call them, using the intercom, emails, WhatsApp’s etc etc it was really hard work to get any information! No one present on site at all to communicate at all. Overall position of hotel is excellent but be aware a lot of improvements to the surrounding area are occurring around it.

No staff. We had to call in a number to check. The room is old and the carpet had a big stain.

Nice large room. Very well equiped and appointed. Great location in the old town and access to restaurants and the historical site.

The hotel has great roomy rooms and a wonderfully warm shower.

No other humans. Automatic check-in with code. Automatic check out. No sign of other guests. No hotel staff. Lovely suite with all the luxuries. Perfect stay but a bit strange to see no one

Nice and posh place, and also good location to the city centre

The remote check-in was easier than I expected. The parking was free if you can get a spot and just stay there for the duration of your stay. Kaunas is a beautiful city! And this property was in the perfect spot for restaurants, shopping, churches and museums. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable! We would stay here again.

Check in not straight forward with no one on site. You have to pay €1 city tax prior but never got confirmation on exactly how so had to call a call center in lobby and figure it out for 15 minutes.

Nice and quiet, central location,no reception, self check in and self checkout, intercom system instead of front desk. No elevator can be a problem if you have to drag your luggage upstairs. Other than that not bad at all Interesting experience overall

The most beautiful room I’ve had in 52 days in Europe

We couldn’t rase the temperature in the room to our comfort (22C) and were sick next morning. We were charged extra for the breakfast.

Booked it for convenience to explore Kaunas. The location is fantastic - one block from the City Hall Square (Rotuses Aikste). There are no people working there, you have to call to check in or pay through the link to check in, even though we prepaid for the room. Based on pictures, the room was supposed to be larger and on the upper floor, we paid extra for it, but got the basic room on the ground floor. After 40 min spent trying to check in while messaging with the hotel through the WhatsApp, we finally got room info and code to get in via WhatsApp again. No forewarning about this and not very efficient. The room was not decorated and dark, no artwork on the walls, just gray everywhere. The room was cold (15°). No water provided in the room (except paid one), and a mini fridge with a paid mini bar inside. One of the most uncomfortable and hard mattresses we ever slept on while travelling. We paid for breakfast, selection, quality of options and the variety were good. Some dilapidation (broken tile in the bathroom, pealing caulk), overall did not feel like a four star hotel, eapecially for twice as much as most other places in the area.
