Great central location. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast!

The location was amazing, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was probably the best I've had anywhere in Europe ever, so that was great. The shower was strange and inconvenient with glass doors that open in the middle. Other than that everything was perfect.

Hotel is clean and the location , an easy walk to San Marco, is a plus. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is just right. It ia a 3 star hotel,overall

Great location between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The property was well located but quiet dated. Good for a short stay.

The hotel is is in the central area with main attractions in Venice. It is an old city and the hotel is also old. However, the staff was excellent and extremely helpful.

We were very very pleased with the Bella Venezia. We had arranged trnsportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel the next day to our Viking cruise ship docked in Chioggia. That went perfectly. We were picked up at VCE baggage claim and escorted all the way to the hotel....car, then water taxi, then on foot. Flawlessly. Dinner at a recommended nearby restaurant was perfect. Breakfast was just right. There is plenty of shopping in any direction going out the front door. I will tell all my friends to stay at this hotel.

Would liked to thank the staff who saw my wallet near the hotel and Mr Harley ( front desk) recognized my name thru my ID and gave it back to me, money can be earned again. At least the ID and cards still intact and the wallet is a sentimental value of mine Thank you . All the staff were attentive and helpful.

This was a honeymoon trip - the hotel location is amazing and the staff went out of their way to help with anything- they even provided a birthday cake.

This hotel is so beautiful! Martina, the front desk is so helpful and sweet. The location so conveniently close by everything. They serve American breakfast. 10 out if 10 for this place and friendly staff!

We booked a suite. Room 109. Absolutely gorgeous. Immaculate. Staff were so lovely and friendly. Always at hand to assist in anyway. Highly recommend. Only issue was the Restaurant that is affiliated to hotel was not as nice as others. Felt a little intimidated by gentleman outside. Dreaded walking past him everyday. Highly recommend the Restaurant next door on left as you come out of hotel. Food was outstanding as was service.

Proximity to the San Marco vaporeto stop. Great breakfast, lots of shops and restaurants. Very kind staff.

Great central location, midway between Rialto bridge and the main square, Piazza San Marco. Clean, fairly large room. Friendly, helpful staff. Took advantage of their tasty breakfast buffet every morning, which was included with our room's rate.

Great hotel

We had an amazing stay, hotel was really special, staff were very helpful and friendly and was in a great location - highly recommend!

We stayed in two hotels whilst in Venice so I feel I can give a good comparison. The rooms were overpriced for condition - small and dated. The breakfast from is not large enough for the number of guests and they ran out of clean cups. They also ran out of croissants - the restock were due to be ready after the end of breakfast - normally would not be an issue but with a limited selection not ideal

Fantastic location, friendly staff, clean rooms, only negative was the mattress as it was sagging on one side, making it hard to sleep.

Hotel had a great location and decent breakfast. Our room was alittle worn down and neglected such as old stains from leaks in the ceiling. However given how old Venice is, that is to be expected. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, but I wouldn’t say they were very warm either. Biggest complaint would be the mattress, which were very hard and uncomfortable. Overall, for the value not a bad stay.
