Excellent service

Good location for tourist sights and transport. Comfortable and good-size room. Nice breakfast. It wold have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

The hotel is beautiful! Polished brass and chrome everywhere. Our room was large and spacious with a beautiful bathroom.

On arriving it looked lovely. We went in our room, at first we couldnt smell anything bad as the cleaners had sprayed to camouflage the smell of smoke. The next day we woke up ,the room smelt disgusting of cigarettes. We asked to be moved. Unfortunately the new room did not have a balcony. We asked reception for compensation as we had lost half a day messing around and moving rooms. The manager was not helpful. He was very rude , more or less, telling us to go. Wouldn't go there again. I wouldn't recommend you stay here. Pool dated and dirty around the edges. Food was awful.

Great location and visible areas clean but we dropped something on the floor and looking for it it was obvious floors were unswept. Not only dust but garbage.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Hotel is within walking distance to the main city square. We didn’t use the restaurant so cannot comment on the food or service. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Very helpful staff, amazing location and stunning building. Garage was very tight to get car in so if you have a big vehicle be warned. Staff didn't speak much English, but not an issue, but might be to others

The rooms were super nice and the property itself was beautiful. Super close to everything especially the shops and Plaza Mayor wasn't too far of a walk. Highly recommend.

Good hotel!

Great place to stay when visiting Salamanca. It is located in the center of the city. Minutes walk from all main attractions. Nice, very clean , large rooms. Definitely would stay their again

Spectacular! The property is beautiful! The staff is second to none! The all around service was top notch. I presented for an event on site and the service and staff was simply awesome! A quick visit to the bar area, ended up in an incredible display of service that was above and beyond anyone’s expectations. I recommend this property to anyone!! The price was unbelievably underpriced. Definitely a 5 star property.

Very attentive to help us get into the hotel and ready for quick check in. Old world charm in a great, convenient location.

Have stayed in a few hotels since Covid but never one which has no bar, food, tea or coffee facilities, not even a water in the minibar. Bedroom view looked straight into room opposite. One girl on reception (who was very nice) but meant there was unnecessary queues. Disappointing for a 5 star.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location and close to everything. The meals were all delicious. Our beds were very hard and very uncomfortable and we talked to the front desk staff and they offered us a choice of a couple of rooms so we moved to one of them and the beds were much better and comfortable. We will definitely return and recommend Alameda Palace Hotel to our friends and family.
