I enjoyed our visit. The property is great, small place. Monica, Dora and Paolo are wonderful people, work there, good to the them again. It was my second visit. I hope to return!

We had an enormous suite, I think the only one. The building is listed and very old with very high ceilings. the public rooms are enormous and one has f19th century frescoes. Clean and run by friendly helpful staff. The breakfast is limited but adequate. The place is full of character and charm.

Staff was fantastic, everyone worked very hard and were very helpful for anything we needed. Location was great, centrally located, would highly recommend.

Unfortunately hotel internet was down part of both days I was there. Very inconvenient but market across the street had free access . Lift also Mindy criminal so had to carry suitcase up stairs to my room. Otherwise convenient location and relatively comfortable.

We stayed here for one night after our cruise ended and really enjoyed the hotel. We arrived early and they allowed us to store our luggage before the 2pm check in. Our room was #103 a Junior Suite. The hotel is very unique which makes it special. The staff although small were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is quite unique. The staff couldn't be nicer! Going out if their way for their guests is no trouble. The location is right in the center of town. So convenient. The breakfast is amazing! The only con is when you initially try to locate the hotel. We went by it the first time. It is located on a street that you can't drive down certain times of the day.

One of the oldest, if not the oldest hotels in Ravenna. Great character, very well maintained with very helpful and pleasant staff. Restaurant with inside/outside seating and great food and drink. Ideally located within easy walk to station and central to the old city Unesco sites, etc. We only stayed one night but regret not staying for more. Next time.

Hotel rooms are hot even with small air conditioner. Not any useable electric outlets & bad lighting. Poor breakfast. Tv was good. Location was good.

We loved our stay at the Albergo Cappello. The staff was wonderful, our room -- a work of art. Great location, great restaurant and Dora, receptionist-hostess, was so helpful and a joy to chat with.

I highly recommend this Alberto! Friendly and courteous staff who really go above and beyond. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant there and the ambiance was perfect!
