Staff members are all fantastic. Very clean and spacious room.

This hotel is quite unique. The staff couldn't be nicer! Going out if their way for their guests is no trouble. The location is right in the center of town. So convenient. The breakfast is amazing! The only con is when you initially try to locate the hotel. We went by it the first time. It is located on a street that you can't drive down certain times of the day.

One of the oldest, if not the oldest hotels in Ravenna. Great character, very well maintained with very helpful and pleasant staff. Restaurant with inside/outside seating and great food and drink. Ideally located within easy walk to station and central to the old city Unesco sites, etc. We only stayed one night but regret not staying for more. Next time.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Very friendly staff. Very charming and excellent dinner at their restaurant.

Hotel rooms are hot even with small air conditioner. Not any useable electric outlets & bad lighting. Poor breakfast. Tv was good. Location was good.

We loved our stay at the Albergo Cappello. The staff was wonderful, our room -- a work of art. Great location, great restaurant and Dora, receptionist-hostess, was so helpful and a joy to chat with.

I highly recommend this Alberto! Friendly and courteous staff who really go above and beyond. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant there and the ambiance was perfect!

We stayed a couple nights at this hotel before leaving on a Mediterranean cruise. The staff is super friendly, hotel has beautiful original woodwork from centuries ago. Breakfast was great, and the hotel has a nice lively restaurant and bar also. Conveniently located near the piazza and all the historic landmarks.

The staff and hotel were wonderful. Rooms are historical and spacious. The area around hotel is lovely with plenty of things to see and places to eat. The breakfast was delicious.

Everyone and everything at Albergo Cappello was exceptional !!! The morning breakfast receptionist was one of the most genuine persons we have met in over 20 years of travel. I wish I knew her name because she personally made us feel welcome every morning. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious in every way, the wait staff was wonderful as was the afternoon/evening reception. We will remember this stay for many years. Thank you❤️

Our room

This is a lovely boutique hotel with gracious hosts and all the amenities. The restaurant is amazing, some of the best food we’ve had in Italy so far! The town is charming and the mosaics at the UNESCO sites are so impressive. Ravenna is also great for people who might not have the best mobility because the historic part of town is small and mostly flat. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful old building. Nice welcome. Friendly employees. Clean, comfortable rooms. There is an elevator to the second floor but then stairs to the third floor. There is a bar and restaurant on sight which opens at 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM respectively. Did not eat dinner but the drinks were excellent. Seating on the street in the evening is very charming. Other shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is included and is very nice. If cruising, book transportation to port early. Beautiful little city. We would definitely stay here again!

Vintage hotel. Conscientious, cheerful staff. Clean- comfortable bed, great AC. Delicious continental breakfast. Only negative, no elevator.
