Nice, clean and functional

Generally l can recommend this hotel. kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly for breakfast. It was clean and big enough room. Location is little far away from downtown but it was not big issue because there is train station next to hotel and uber come very quick. Only negative thing is bed in the room. We requested double size bed they gave us double size bed but it was 2 single bed instead of 1 double size so it was not comfortable to sleep. The beds has nothing that keeps them together so if you sleeping with your spouse or significant other l suggest to keep the beds separated because one of you guys will fall in the middle of them beds.

Little boomer that hotel does not have a restaurant open for dinner or lunch.

Two things: 1 the EV charging station doesn't work for global customers 2. The spoons and cups werent clean in the room. Otherwise excellent hotel. Ill stay there again

Large room and clean

This property was wonderful The only complaint was the outside of the property did not match the inside. The inside is immaculate. Also, this is a place to say if you want to be in Tres Cantos, not Madrid. I stayed to visit family friends. Great spot!

I think this hotel is overrated, it does not meet the conditions required for the price they charge per night. It is an old hotel, it is cracking, dark, etc.

Staff great, food average, building could be much better internally quite dated and jacuzzi bath not working. Area looks rough surrounding and hear road noise all night

Well upon arrival the hotel appeared quiet for such a large hotel. Our room was love.y and spacious however it was freezing. The thermostat was blinking and it was stated we needed to seek maintenance. When we went to the front desk to explain we were told there were not other rooms however they would bring us a heater. Now we have been in the car for 6.5 hours and an early departure the next day. We were beat. We eventually received the heaters and while we tried they were not effective and we were wearing layers, using our extra blankets from home and toques. I asked my husband if he would please ask again if there was another room available as this was not fixing the issue. Now interesting enough there was a free room across the hall. Now being lied to about the availability of rooms is a disgrace. This hotel is massive and there was no way the hotel was sold out. Our sleep was effected in addition to unnecessary stress from a simple room change. Paying for a night where we could not even relax and sleep was unfortunate as we could have stayed at many other locations. We now know we will not be returning to this hotel nor will be recommending it to anyone.

Very friendly and customer-oriented staff. My original reservation was somehow cancelled(not sure why, probably There's problem with the app), they processed the refund request very quickly. Customer service is very good.

Location in town near Madrid but convenient to airport after other travels. Probably used mostly for local business travel. Dated property needing updates. Nice staff and breakfast. Overall, good value.
