Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, as our stay was very disappointing. The staff were very friendly, and I’m genuinely sorry if this review upsets them, but I cannot be dishonest about the property itself. I initially intended to give a score of 2/10, but revised it to 4/10 because the breakfasts were quite good, and the room cleaning provided by housekeeping was also very well done. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations. The temperature in both the room and the corridors was uncomfortably high—it felt close to 30°C. The hotel is marketed as a 4-star property, but in reality it felt more like a 2-star hotel. The biggest issue is the noise: it was extremely loud at night, making it nearly impossible to get proper sleep. The food in the restaurant was also very poor. Even simple dishes, such as baked potatoes, were undercooked and seemed as though they had been prepared in a microwave.

First and foremost I must say the staff were amazing couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried, however the hotel is outdated and clearly not worthy of the 4 stars they are given, on my first night I had to change rooms twice firstly as there were dirty tissues left scattered across the cupboards showing cleaning had not been done properly and secondly there was no WiFi service or accessible plug sockets-none European plus, it is stated free WiFi on the hotel however this was running at 17mpbs at the best of times this is 10 times lower than the average in Milan not good enough, only half the jets in the jaccuzi were working, cracks in things like the floor and bidet and shower and dust on top of the bed around the side of the jaccuzi, it is also not accessible on foot (unless you want to cross a busy road which I had to do) you must then walk through a canal like area to get to the main town which is lovely and very homely and friendly, overall I’d say my stay was below adequate the bare essentials were missing and you cannot make up for those with a half arsed jacuzzi wouldn’t stay again if it was free

This is an old style hotel , we enjoyed the vintage look and feel.

Hotel ok , close to motorway , but it’s like a trip back into 1980,s. Restaurant is the worse bit , very limited menu , cold food and expensive for what you get. Breakfast buffet ok

Everything was good and the personnel very kind and helpful

Sort of a different hotel. It had fabric on the walls and ceilings but we felt comfortable in the room. It was clean and the bathroom was bigger than in most hotels. The location isn't the best and the town nearby wasn't very nice. It was about 10 minutes away from the train station which was nice. We took the train into Milan so the hotel was convenient for that. The breakfast was good. The wifi wasn't very good at all. It was definitely sketchy at best. Overall our stay was good.

It's quite out of Milan, right next to exit of the highway. The room is very outdated decorated, even the ceilings are red wallpaper as like the walls. So room is dark and seems smaller than it is. But overall it is affordable and good performance what you pay for. Wi-fi disconnected very often.

It was great - especially for the price

The hotel and its service were very good but the hotel is far from the nearest metro of Milan and the bus service from the hotel to the nearest metro age very poor . The last bus is at 20.13 and if you miss it then you have to take a taxi which cost around 20 Euros . The bus fare also is expensive comparing to the metro and bus fare in Milan .
