The staff were great from check in to check out. The location is ideal for walking everywhere, and they have large parking areas. The indoor pool is a nice touch to have when it’s late and you want to get out of your room. I forgot my adapters for my charging cable and they had them. The balcony’s in the room also smoking allowed. They also have a toy area for children which my daughter enjoyed. The restaurant is nice too, and the wait staff are very kind. Overall I will stay here again when I visit the Black Forest.

Spacious room for 3pax. Convenient location - walkable to city centre. Great view from our room. Underground carpark is great as it was snowing when we visited the area.

Hotel is very beautifully location with sight to the village mountains and the room we stayed was spacious and clean. We arrived rather late so it was bit hard to be sure where to park, but did finally checked in and parked car. Nice breakfast and the manager lady and front desk was frie3dly and professional, we had great time at Triberg to buy those clocks and stuff for friends at home...... if we go tehr again, we will stay this hotel again.

One of the best hotels that we have stayed at in a very long time. The staff was incredible and friendly. The restaurant we ate at twice a day for breakfast and dinner and the food was fabulous. Highly recommend and definitely return.

Professional lady at the front desk provided all the information Hotel is at a very picture location although parking can be tricky, but that's everywhere in Triberg. Recommend 💯

An excellent team, running an excellent hotel!

I should have done better research, but this hotel did not have air conditioning. Luckily we were blessed with cool temperatures and two fans that we could move from room to room as we had an apartment room.

Beautiful property in a quiet area walkable to the city center. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is excellent and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful.

Lots to love about this hotel, a very friendly family feel to the place, spacious room with comfortable bed and high quality linens. Unfortunately during our stay we experienced very hot weather and the room had neither air conditioning or a fan, we were happy to have the windows open but experienced smoke rising to the 3rd floor from the bar below, and early morning chat from there too! Breakfast was a bit unadventurous. Nevertheless I would stay here again just for the feel of the place.

Lovely location. The gentleman at reception was very talkative and welcoming. The pool was nice and warm. The food was wonderful at the restaurant. Our room was very large and the balcony was an added bonus.

Nice hotel with very large rooms and beds ! Our room had a separate area with the double-bed and a separate living room and balcony. The view on the landscape was very cute and relaxing. The receptionist was very kind and shared various tips on activities to do around the town.

Great stay in a fabulous location. 10 mins walks to the town. Please note the hill is steep to the town and may not be suited for all. Hotel and staff were on point 5*

The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. The staff are just amazing. So sweet, friendly, and helpful. They lay out quite a spread for breakfast amd have excellent meal choices for dinner as well. Great food and service.
