The hotel met our needs!

I enjoy my stays here. The staff is for the most part friendly and accommodating. Good location to walk around el centro. The hotel has a restaurant, which is convenient. Parking structure around the corner, if needed. Hotel has what I need for my stay.

Didn't have a car this time but it is convenient when needed in a congested area. Hotel staff, incl restaurant & cleaning ladies are great! Will stay here again. My only complaint was a noisy neighbor having to watch TV in the middle of the night, volume at full blast.

Have stayed here before and enjoy my stay. Ive never had any problem with safety concerns. Lot's of shopping and dinning within walking distance. The staff is cordial and nice and most know me already. Great service!

Have stayed here before and for the most part I enjoy my stay. The hotel has changed some personnel, but the cleaning ladies are always very friendly and helpful. Front desk is a different story. You can't request an extended stay past noon because you're told you have to pay another day, which before wssnt a problem staying until 1:PM. Our plane departure time was 9:PM.The front desk girl could be more professional and helpful.

Todo bien excepto si hay ruido pero por el precio y la ubicación lo recomendamos.

I've stayed here several times. The staff is friendly and they are always courteous. The hotel is in the center of downtown. Since it's not well insulated you can hear all the noise from outside at all times of the day/night. Other than that the stay was good.

Muy mal, no tenían la reservación en el sistema, buena la atención de loa encargados siempre atentos, pero pésimo lugar muy viejo solo pintado pero mal el cuarto, mal la cama casi deshecha, alfombra muy vieja y pésimo el aseo del cuarto. La verdad estaba tan cansado que ya no me importo pedir otro cuarto o cambiarme de lugar pero muy decepcionado

It is very old and needs remodeling!Good location but it is a depressing looking hotel.

Hotel was not cleaned and very bad rooms beds are old it felt very stuffy inside
