The hotel is in a great location, and continues to have a good vibe and it also attracts nice crowd in the evenings, partially thanks to also being home to a fantastic Italian restaurant. However, this is my second stay at the hotel over the last 4 months and I've noticed that the rooms haven't been upgraded for a good number of years - simple things like damaged corners, chipped paint, loose fixtures etc. For this type of hotel category, better on-going maintenance could be expected. There also appears to be no or lack of acknowledging correspondence via the booking website that I used. I ended up having to contact the hotel directly (24 hours prior to my arrival) about an early check in query. Whilst this issue was positively resolved, I was surprised to hear that previous messages via the app had been received but somehow ignored. Again, this was also the second time I've encountered this problem.

The room & bathroom was spotless, the bed comfy, the Nespresso delicious, and staff very friendly!

Comfortable beds but pillows incredibly thin

Not entirely business friendly if you are on a European business excursion. 2 of 3 rooms had no desk. The one that did, no power socket. No laundry form, bag or service. Laundromat down road. No Umbrella at entrance. Apparently we are all made of sugar.

Lovely hotel , great food !

Proximity to tourist activities, public transportation and train station were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you are a business traveler this hotel would be a good choice as well. There is a beautiful lake very close to the hotel. The room was tidy and comfortable albeit wear was showing too. It served our purposes perfectly.

Nice location near the lake

Good location and close to the central area. The ground level was nicely decorated. The staff was nice in general but could have been more helpful. The check-in feels rush and we weren’t told about the different amenities in the hotel such as breakfast or sauna when we first arrived and only learned that the sauna was available from a different guest. The room was small but has what we need. Cleaning staff comes everyday but didn’t clean used glasses which is the main reason why cleanliness loses a star. A bit noisy at night. We were excited about the bar after reading the review but find that it was a bit cheesy.

Was excited to stay at this property and was so disappointed upon arrival. Front desk staff barely greeted us and it was self check-in on a device. No assistance from desk clerks. The room was shocking-nothing like the photos-run down, dusty with a filthy shag carpeting. The shower flooded the bathroom and there was no shampoo and conditioner. The downstairs bar was loud and rowdy with mostly locals. The music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation and the waiters were rude. All together a completely sub par hotel. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great breakfast buffet, well maintained with daily cleaning routines. Very calm surroundings, although walking distance to city center.

Fabulous hotel. Good sized room, bed & bathroom. Great location & neighbourhood. Just missing a proper gym facility. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay here. The property is beautiful, room was very large and it is very walkable to the lake, shopping, etc. We requested a balcony room and it made it extra nice. The staff was also extremely friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend it! Danke.

Beautiful property with comfortable rooms. Lighting throughout my common areas and room dim. Could hardly read the room numbers on the doors.
