Excellent location in heart of Watford close to High street and Watford Junction station giving easy access into central London of M25 Cannot believe they don’t offer safe in room or paper cup to take coffee out of Restaurant if you’re in a rush Would have been pertinent to advise bar was closed for restoration too I’d stay there again at the right price

The Leonardo Hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were impressed by its magnificent ambiance and warmly welcomed by the friendly front desk staff. The cleanliness and freshness of the entire property were truly refreshing. The hotel is also conveniently located near the High Street, where there are numerous restaurants and shops, all within walking distance of train and bus services. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would like to make special mention of Angie at the front desk. She was exceptionally professional, kind, understanding, and caring throughout our stay. Each morning, she greeted us with a warm smile, enquired about our well-being, and encouraged us to reach out if we needed any assistance. One morning, we informed Angie that the air conditioning in our room was malfunctioning. She responded immediately, arranging for us to be moved to another room on a different floor without any inconvenience. Kudos to you, Angie, for your outstanding customer service. The Leonardo Hotel was highly recommended by our chauffeur from Limousine Company iChauffeur in London, and we certainly have no regrets about choosing this hotel. Since returning home, we have recommended Leonardo Hotel to our family members and friends without hesitation. If and when we travel to London again, Leonardo Hotel will undoubtedly be our hotel of choice.

Excellent hotel

Stayed for one night only to attend an event at Wembley. Staff were super helpful and the hotel was ideally located. Reduced parking with CitiPark is also really convenient

Our stay was excellent. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, particularly after our upgrade to the executive suite. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Furthermore, the breakfast selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh options.

We always stay here when we come to Watford and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! The staff were helpful and kind, the rooms were immaculate and the buffet breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of food anvailable and lots of choice. Can’t fault it at all!
