Best choices this hotel!

It locates very close to the airport and provides shuttle bus to and from the airport. Well cleaned rooms. Generally good!!

The service was impeccable. The workers were extremely accommodating and everything sbout the stay was great

The property is little old but it’s maintained well and clean. All the stores and restaurants are very close by within walking distance. They serve continental breakfast but it’s just average, they can improve on this with more quality options. The other con I see is it’s next to busy intersection, so you will hear traffic sounds. The staff is very polite and know English which was helpful for me.

This facility failed to refund me $800 US DOLLARS... Quartine Mandate in South Korea made it impossible for me to stay at the location I payed $800 US DOLLARS There is too much confusion here... I would not recommend

Good stay. Weather was cold outside. Heating worked well. Staff was friendly.

The location is a definitely primary advantage here. Just a minute walk and outside hotel, there are so many local restaurants and pubs. I enjoyed staying there because of that.

In the lively heart of Dongtan there are plenty of bars restaurants and shops. The rooms are a good size. There is a limo bus service direct to Incheon airport

This isn't a place to stay if you're looking for a 5 star type of establishment, but this is perfect for your business trip. There are literally like a 100 restaurants in walking distance out of the front door (or back door). This place is convenient and perfectly suited for the business traveler. No issues with service, parking in the area is a little hard if you have guests driving in. Other than that, my go-to business hotel in that area always.

I stayed in this hotel multiple times and the service is generally good. But this trip I have two unpleasant incidents. The first room assigned to be turned out to have strong smoking smell. To their credit, they gracefully upgraded my room. One night I came back to room and found room temperature at 35 C (95 F). AC was spewing hot air. Front desk said cooling AC was turned off due to cool weather, but failed to explain why hot air came out even thermostat was set to 21 C.

The hotel is a normal business hotel located in an area that is a bit far from Seoul. The facility is more for a business traveler than a family environment.

All was good except I was put in a smoking room. I did not request that.

won't go back. they are okay, but compare to other hotels nearby, I rather stay other place. shila stay or others.

I stayed at this Ramada for two nights while visiting the big semiconductor company in Suwon. (I can't name the company, but if you are looking at this Ramada, you know what company I am referring to.) The Ramada is a perfectly adequate business hotel tuned for western tastes. The room was quite large by Korean standards and the amenities were what you would expect in western hotels. The room itself needed an update - the furnishings were clean but tired. There is a fancy coffee shop adjacent to the lobby. Directly behind the hotel is the local nightclub-bar-restaurant district. There are plenty of choices for food and entertainment. The unnamed semiconductor company is not walking distance, but is a short taxi trip. If you are using this Ramada for a business trip, you will find all that you need.

Nice little hotel for a one night stay. Not recommended for holidays goers as it is a bit out of the way.

The Ramada is a good place for staying during Samsung visits (about 2km away). It has its own Incheon shuttle bus stop and has lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms are good, wifi in the room is fast. Breakfast can be improved. Juice and coffee mediocre, half baked bacon, wet scrambled eggs, ...
