Had an issue with the Ac not working properly and no one came to check or fix the issue and no one offered to change the room

We always stay here when in Belgrade. Clean, quiet, and great service. Would like more Serbian food at the restaurant but otherwise a great stay.

We have stayed at the property many time. This time on the club floor and it was even better than before. he staff on the floor provide excellent service. The only negative thing we can say is that the restaurant has changed menus and does not offer the full Serbian food experience that it did in the past. Please bring this back.

The staff were so excellent that my friends came over to take advantage of the Tea House, bar, and concierge. Super friendly, very helpful and my 3:15a wakeup call came at exactly 3:15a from a human.
