Quick service good breakfast and very quiet

Clean, large room

Noise disturbance from a young hockey team until 1:30 am. Not acceptable! The room and staff were great.

At $290 was not worth the price. At that price I expect a full breakfast, a bathroom where the backsplash isn't falling down. I had friends stay and book just 2 days before me and the price was 140 less. Absolutely not going back or recommending it to anyone.

The elevator was down. Room 620 needs a new mattress. Need an adult swim hour because all the hockey team kids packed the pool and we never got the opportunity to use it.

Yes everything was great staff and room

Room furniture dated; sofa sunken cushions, very uncomfortable; door locks undergoing maintenance; signs posted around hotel indicated to expect issues with room locks. Had to replace my room key four times during an overnight stay.

Clean room and spacious. Breakfast is excellent.

Shampoo in shower was empty and the hot tub was very dirty

There was water outage on my second day of staying in that we did not anything about. I’ve asked for a refund but no luck. The hotel should have at least post a notice or something so we are aware of what are we walking into.

Everything was great about this hotel. Staff friendly, room spacious, breakfast pretty good considering what hotel breakfasts are all about. BUT the toilets are straight out of Munchkin land in the wizard of Oz. Could hardly get down or up. Won’t be able to book that property again because of it. Quite shocking actually and disappointing.
