Needed to cut our stay short due to family issues...we were not able to get a partial refund for the nights w did not stay.... which was disappointing.

The staff here was amazing check out was at 11 but the gentleman let me leave my bag so I could go to the castle. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with questions. It’s a 5 min walk to train station also. The rooms are very cute and comfortable…

Great pool and sauna facilities. The public spaces were nice and cozy atmosphere. The service was great and staff were very polite. The room really needs some refurbishment and some in room facilities. Bad smell in the bathroom.

Nice lobby, bar, restaurant and breakfast area. Very attentive staff. Free parking and chargers available for my electric vehicle. Nice, quiet room. Near the highway to Stockholm. Great for stopover or if you visit Nyköping.

Rude staff who lied and behaved under all critisism. But you are nor allwed to say that to expedia hotwls then tou grt punished. YES true. Avoid. Run.

Everything was very nice. All of the starr were friendly and welcoming.

Beautifully decorated, lovely dining and lounging spaces. The newly remodeled spa was very nice with ample daybeds, and neat features like saltroom and a fire room. Huge indoor pool. The room was sizeable for Swedish standards, quite plain, but very functional. Comfy beds and excellent water pressure in the shower. The included breakfast was superb, and the dinner was excellent- they had a gazpacho that was incredible. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Our only drawback was that the spa and restaurant were closed on Sunday.

J’ai été informée après confirmation de ma réservation non remboursable que le SPA, raison pour laquelle j’avais choisi cet hôtel, était fermé le dimanche. J’ai été vraiment déçue.

Allt var var jättebra. Spa avdelningen var grym. Men kaffet var inte bra ,verkligen för svagt. Men vi kommer tillbaka i februari. Med vänliga hälsningar Micke
