A wonderful, centrally-located place to stay. Staff were super friendly. Room was well-appointed with practically everything you could need. Our room cleaner was very sweet and made sure we were happy with the state of our room at all times. Would highly recommend.

I'm astounded. I've stayed in hotels around Europe for years, and NEVER had a hotel offer satellite/cable TV ONLY in their native language. Confusing to the hotel staff too, as they told me that I should at least get CNN & Sky News, but when they triesd to access it themsleves they then changed their story and said they were unavailable. They should perhaps advertise the hotel to German speaking visitors only. I specifically booked a suite, with 2 TV's so that my partner could watch TV whilst I was working. A complete waste of money. I would have booked elsewhere if I'd known. Perhaps the hotel needs to decide if it is in the luxury end of the market, although to be honest I have stayed in budget hotels around Europe and even they provide better facilities. Very disappointed.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. WiFi was fast and consistent. Breakfast had a good variety of breads, meats, cheeses, and toppings. The front staff were really helpful in answering questions. The location is within walking distance of many attractions.

The location was ideal and the apartment was spacious, clean and suited our needs on a family city break trip with 2 teenagers. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Apartment was well appointed. Washer/drier very useful.

Stayed for only one night but the front staff was very friendly, apartment well equipped and close to some main attraction areas and transportation.

We enjoyed being able to walk to the central train station. Having laundry machines in the apartment was important to us and we found them easy to use with soap provided. Fully equipped kitchen was wonderful and we were able to quickly walk to get groceries. Would recommend this apartment.

Staff was courteous and helpful. First assigned room's A/C didn't work/2nd asssigned room's work fine. One elevator was out of service so there waiting times to use the 2nd elevator (an inconvenience). Location was good (near a S-Bahn stop and close to the HauptBahnhof). Very few restaurants near the Adina but with public transportation, easy to find others. Two supermarkets within walking distance. Breakfast selections were good but limited compared to other hotels/not a big deal for us). Would recommend this property due to the value, room size, cleanliness and great staff.

Good location. Easy access to all the tourist sites. Spacious room and friendly staff.

One elevator was broken and the stairs were alarmed, so there were very long backups for the one remaining elevator. It took us 15 minutes to get off the 1st floor one morning. No communication from staff about the issue and not much urgency for fixing it.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great for our needs. The hotel is located close to the tram, and the central metro station, which made it easy for us to get anywhere we wanted. The only thing we weren't used to was that we got one free bag of coffee the first morning we were there, but for any additional nights we stayed, we had to pay for our own coffee after that. Whenever we stay at a hotel in North America, we would get a package of coffee each day. This is something we had to get used to, but just thought we would comment as it was new to us

We had a really nice stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, the apartment was spacious and well maintained, also very quiet. Great location to walk to all of the major attractions. Would hope to return some time. We did have some issues accessing the lifts as 1 was broken causing quite a bit of waiting time. Not a big issue but it would have been nice to have the option of using the stairs but these were reserved for emergency use.
