The water park is the most fun. The view from the room is nice. The service of the hotel is the best.

Good place to stay. Room is very spacious and comfortable for my family. My kid enjoyed fantasy pool to the max. Me as adult also enjoyed the slides. The only bad side are the beds. They combined 2 single beds as one. Should be nicer if provided 1 king bed.

Chk in is somewhat later than scheduled. Maybe because there are a lot of people on holidays and the parking is far away, but the kids love the swimming pool. Slider is very fun. Good service staff

ไม่ประทับใจจั้งแต่เปิดห้องเข้าไปแล้วเจอผ้าปูที่นอนยับๆ กับเศษเส้นผมเหมือนผ้าปูเก่ามากๆ มีคราบเหลืองๆเยอะ เราเลยโทรขอให้เจ้าหน้าที่มาเปลี่ยนให้ ห้องมีฝุ่นเยอะมาก อ่างอาบน้ำไม่มีที่ปิดคือไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ ห้องยุงเยอะมาก ตรงตู้เสื้อผ้าตอนเราเปิดตู้มีเศษทิชชูที่มีคราบอะไรไม่รู้ตกลงมาจากฝาตู้ แล้วตอนออกเราลืมรองเท้าแตะสีขาวไว้ เช้าวันต่อมาเรามาถามกับเจ้าหน้าที่ว่าเจอไหม เหมือนเจ้าหน้าที่รีบตอบห้วนๆว่า ไม่มีค่ะ ถ้ามีแม่บ้านจะบอก โดยที่เหมือนไม่พยายามติดต่อถามอะไรใครเลย แล้วทางโรงแรมก็อยู่ระหว่างปรับปรุงด้วยก็จะได้ยินเสียงทุบๆเจาะๆ ส่วนสวนน้ำโอเคอยู่ เจ้าหน้านี้ตรงนั้นน่ารักค่ะ คือด้วยราคาที่จ่ายไปเคยพักที่เราจ่ายถูกกว่านี้แล้วสะอาดกว่านี้มาก ส่วนตัวคงไม่ไปอีกเป็นรอบ2แน่นอนค่ะ
