A nice location and the staff were very polite and helpful. However, I had issues with the electric, with things failing all the time. The cooker hob never worked. On two occasions I had to get replacements keys after being locked out as the keys cards failed.

Arrived very late - found it difficult to find entrance in the dark but once I did Receptionist let me in and was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Quiet due to time of year. Staff friendly. Pools looked great but didn't get to have a swim as only available from 10am and I was up and out early. Poolside bar and restaurant available at set times- didn't use this. Parking on site was 5 euros a night but safe to park outside on road so did that. Apartment very private with own patio and garden area to relax in. Quite spooky returning late at night as so quiet and no lights in apartment block. Free Wifi. Link to messaging service with Reception but none of my enquiries were ever answered so easier to just walk to reception and ask! Easy access to main road and short drive to nearest beach - beach in Manilva itself ( Dequesa) was excellent and nice and quiet too. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful break here. Reading reviews about ants I bought spray on my first shop so it wasn't too bad a problem despite being ground floor. Lovely pool and lifeguard makes sure that people don't reserve and dont return so you can always get a chair whatever time of day. Spacious apartment with a modern look - had everything we needed. Lots of kids entertainment in evenings but it started too late for our kids! There are a lot of stairs in the complex so if you get a flat in the wrong area there might be a lot of walking steps - would advise messaging hotel in advance if need step free access!

You need a car if you stay in this hotel. It's located in a steep hill away shops and restaurants. From the map, the beach looks like a few minutes walk from the hotel, but because it's on a hill, the road is snaky and the walk back is a serious hike. We didn't know this so we had to use Uber every day which costed us a fortune. Apart from that, the apartment was good enough. Don't expect daily cleaning though

Good Value for money

The location and amenities were great. However the property could benefit with some maintenance. Our hallway to pur room was completely dark at night. Certain exterior areas had paint fading. However the breakfast buffet was excellent as well as the staff and servers.

The place is big with a lot of people, noisy, we can hear the children and the dog in the upper floor. They don’t even put soap for hands on the bathroom, not enough towels, hairs in the pillows, we didn’t enjoy!

Lots of steps and stairs throughout the property. There is no bellhop or luggage roller. So be preprared to carry your luggage a long distance up and down steps to get to your room. The room key is required to turn on the lights to the room; this information was not conveyed but is common throughout Europe once you know. It also turns on or off the air conditioning. You need two room cards if you want to return to the room cool.

Property is quite shabby & needs a good clean up. Footpaths outside the apartment blocks are very uneven. When we arrived the water was off but they didn't inform us so we only realised when we went to the room. We went back to reception & said we had no water & they just said "yes we have a problem with it" So why didn't they tell us 5 minutes prior when we checked in. After a 5 hour journey we needed to clean up before dining out with some friends so we asked them for a bottle of water to clean our teeth...to which they replied "you can buy some at our supermarket "!! Very unhelpful.

It was ok for a night pit stop. The resort is nice, not many facilities but does ok.

Value for money. Basic but clean. Suited our desire for a getaway.

Good pool but hard could be very busy so hard to get a lounger though patience usually paid off. Limited dining and around 15 euro taco fare to nearest town.

Great resort with very helpful staff

Property was average, limited things to do due the location. You are stranded unless you have a vehicle. Pool was nice and sufficient amount of sun beds. Beautiful views of Spain and Gibraltar. Food was average. Would not recommend if you are going on holiday to enjoy the evening entertainment for adults and kids as there was very little.

Upon arrival into the apartment, the toilet pan was filthy, there were ants in the apartment, on the balcony and found there way into one of the food cupboards. No toaster in the apartment , we had to ask for one which was filthy and full of old bread crumbs. We also had to ask for clean towels upon which we were told by reception, it is not a hotel! it is self-catering and there is a laundry. The apartment was not serviced for the seven days that we stayed. Finally some of the staff were very unfriendly especially at the pool bar. Definitely would not recommend a stay at this property to anyone.

Not enough pool area for the size of the property. Pool was full to the brim. No sunbeds Room was dirty and lots of broken furniture

Was very disappointed with property Limited Hours for Food, dining only available by buffet, if you are hungry you have to leave property, only a bar was available Disconnect with communication barriers at check in. Adult only pool was for 16 years of age and older but the pool was filled with kids, loud, not relaxing Beach is only accessible by car Onsite Market was closed every time I went there DO NOT STAY HERE IF ON BUSINESS….IF BUSINESS PLANS CHANGE YOU ARE COMMITTING TO FULL RESERVATION Remember this is a time share property renting out stays like it’s a resort, WHICH IT IS NOT

I liked the value. For Europe, having the space for a family of 6 with pool and AC is not always easy. Having a breakfast included was a big bonus. Quick access and views of Gibraltar were a big hit with the kids

This was a simple clean low cost apartment with plenty of room, a kettle, a small cleaning pack and a balcony with a fantastic view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
