Everything was great except front desk staff when checking in did not honor my VIP status and give me my breakfast vouchers, had to go and get them after. The windows in my room were really dirty.

This is a good hotel if you're travelling as they provide complimentary shuttles and have reasonable long-term parking. The fitness center is a little small, but it does the trick and the rooftop hot tubs are pretty nice. You can also get breakfast at the restaurant if your flight isn't too early.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The room was clean and in decent shape — easier access to power outlets and USB charging ports would have been appreciated. No issues with noise and the darkening curtains did their job.
