Better than expected. Great location. Very close to Dotonbori; just across the street from the shopping district, perfect for strolling around. The Glico sign is only a 6-8 minute walk. I could go back to sleep and then walk again later. It's also super convenient to Shinsaibashi station. There's a Family Mart across from the hotel – amazing! P.S. There's a self-service ice and water dispenser on the 6th floor. If I come to Osaka again, I'll definitely stay here again. **The room might be a bit small; it's good for two people, but if you're a bit taller, the bed is bouncy and one person might feel it when you turn over. However, if you don't mind that and just want to focus on sightseeing, I highly recommend it.** They provide toothbrushes, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and a hairdryer, so you don't need to bring a lot of things and can save room for souvenirs.

The location is quite strategic, just a short walk to Dotonbori. The staff speaks English.

This is my second stay here. The room is quite comfortable and close to Family Mart.

The rooms are cramped and the building is old, the receptionist is unfriendly, and the hotel rules are complicated, because every guest leaving the hotel has to leave the key at the receptionist.

This hotel is good, the service is very good and fast. Check-in and check-out are digital, luggage storage is also sophisticated and safe. Breakfast is also delicious. This hotel provides a shuttle bus from and to Kansai Airport, and near the hotel there is Rinku Premium Outlets which can be reached by walking about 15 minutes.

the location is very very strategic, close to Shinsabashi and Dotunburi... the room size is the average size of a HTL room in Japan, so it's enough for 2 people and if 3 people are too small. The staff is a bit fierce and without a smile, for assistance in sending luggage from the hotel will be assisted but if you want to send from 7eleven it is also possible. recommended for those who prioritize location

Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi is one of the best hotels my husband and I stayed in during our vacation in Japan. The area is close to shopping centers, dotonbori area, and the best part is the breakfast is so delicious! 🥺 I miss it huhuu.
