Las camas son muy pequeñas y las secadoras están descompuestas no hay crema ni shampoo y las almohadas estas terribles ! Ese hotel era muy bueno pero a decaído mucho saludos

Todo perfecto , no necesite nada extra ni inconvenientes en la registration

No usamos la alberca porque no le dieron mantenimiento, el agua estaba verde turbia seguramente por falta de cloro y mantenimiento en general. El día domingo 6 de junio no hicieron limpieza en el cuarto 130, dejaron las toallas sucias y hasta papel de baño faltaba. El hotel en general es muy bueno pero los detalles lo hacen perder su excelencia.

Clean room

Missing TV Power cable. Very Slow internet to watch TV. Too much noise on the aisles.

Excelente servicio y estadía

First of all the room wasn’t cleaned properly the beds were all messed up and I request a double queen bed room and the beds were too little they were full size beds and the front staff are not friendly at all
