The hotel are ok but the costumer services are poor, they charge me extra tax for nothing, in the moment of the reservation I pay all including tax and the hotel asking for a 10% extra, I do not recomended this hotel, a good option is copriani in this town.

It was not clear when i have to pay extra taxes fee in the peruvian money. I feel like i pay to much

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is elegant and spacious; however, there were few residents which gave it an isolated feel. Quiet and peaceful. There was no refrigerator in my room.

It was a beautiful hotel, plenty of space, parking, dining options and nice views

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Complementary breakfast was great as well.

The place is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast are always amazing.

With a group, making check-in and check-out a very slow process. Grounds are beautiful, even in the Peruvian winter. Breakfast (included) was better than expected with good choices. Would have appreciated an elevator. Concerned that my roll bag was so loud it might wake neighbors as the hard floors echoed the noise made as we rolled along.

Staff very friendly and helpful . Food was very good.

Front desk started our check-in by mentioning that they could not guarantee expedia rates and if we had made reservations through them then they would have much more flexibility. Would not allow our 3 year old daughter in room because they said we had not included her in original reservation. Made us wait for about 30min and finally let us in for a much higher rate after we insisted on calling the hotel manager who was off work at the time.

We wanted to witness the Senor de Muruhuay festivities and chose this hotel because it is located close to the bus station and it is closed to all the things to see in Tarma.

I was there for my work, and for the price and the service, i think anybody can stay for a vacation time if you like a quietly place in a silent town with nice local people.

La ubicación del hotel lo hace accesible a todos los puntos de importancia de laicidad de Tarma, a las que se puede acceder a pie. A pesar de estar cerca del centro, es tranquilo y lejos del bullicio citadino. La arquitectura apacible y el entorno de vegetación relaja al visitante y le da una sensación de sosiego.

Hotel agradable, limpio y buena cocina. Los trabajadores muy atentos.
