The property was very dirty. There was a leak in the bathroom and no hot water. There was no soap in the bathroom. The floors, the toilet, and the shower were messy. Also, the elevator wasn’t working so we had to take the stairs just to the second floor but it is a tall building not sure if it has 6 or seven floors. The hotel is in a great location but not worth it for the high price.

Si pueden hospedarse en otro hotel haganlo no tienen wi-fi en las habitaciones y tampoco cuentan con servicio a la habitacion como se describe en la pagina cuando haces la reservacion.

Staff was helpful I thing the rooms should have more towels. That was the only bad part. Everything else was good

Not good at the time when i got there no rooms abailable they send us to another hotel too far away. Terrible experience.

We were comfortable in a room in front of the pool. The room is a little outdated, however they did have AC (a must in Veracruz) and it is not to far from the aquarium. However it is a long walk under the sun to get to the malecón. Just get a cab from two blocks down and be there in no time if there is no traffic (and it's pretty cheap). The buffet was really good.

Good value but 6 km down the beach from the main downtown action.

El hotel en general está descuidado en terminos de mantenimiento, la limpieza es otro tema importante.

Es un lugar tranquilo, cerca del malecón y la playa, tiene aire acondicionado y la habitación se encuentra limpia.

La expectativa del hotel a lo que está

Excelente ubicación, esta a 3 cuadras de la playa. LO MALO: internet CERO, la televisión se le iba la señal cada 5 minutos, no nos proporcionaron toallas de manos
