Everything was fantastic. Location, amenities, staff, food. This hotel is well worth the price. 4-star service, 5-star quality. I will recommend Harmony to my friends and family.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to convenience stores and the city center, making it very convenient to get around. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean. The room rates were reasonable. I will return to Harmony on my next trip to Saigon.

The room was beautiful, bright, clean, and airy; my child loved it. There was a free minibar and a complimentary afternoon tea set. The breakfast was tasty, though not overly varied. The view was beautiful, and the staff were very lovely, polite, and gentle. The pool was a bit small, and there was no designated area for children. It was close to the city center.

This hotel is in the best location. Not too far from all the attractions but in a quiet area right next to a beautiful park which can be seen from the breakfast buffet in the morning. The design of the hotel is very beautiful. It reminds me of hotels in Japan. My room had a jacuzzi-style bathtub and that was the best bathtub I have ever used in my life. The room was spacious. Buffet breakfast was a beautiful and bright setup with many options, and they prepared Vietnamese coffee or tea for you. Also, Pho is served fresh. The variety is lovely; however, I would love to see more vegetarian options. Staff in the breakfast area are very kind and professional, and there is nothing they won’t do for you. Overall, this is a hotel I would definitely come back to and recommend if you are wanting to stay in Saigon!

The experience was great, I booked the lowest room. But when you check in, it's gone, so you upgrade to Deluxe Premium at no extra charge. Service attitude of staff is too good. 5*

Satisfied with the service of the hotel but I am not very satisfied with the hygiene. Dirty seats with needle tattoo, bed sheets stained with blood cannot be changed.

Service attitude is very good, breakfast is not diverse for 1.7 million / night, it is not worth the money!
