We really enjoy the Hot pool and the green area around , really Beautiful.

Its a really nice place. Its in the center of panajachel everything is close by. The port is about 10mntes walk to go take the lanchas.

Some key things to keep in mind when planning to stay here is that: - you must book your own shuttle for transportation to and from the airport - the rooms do not have central aur - the restaurant in the hotel is only open for specific hours: 7a - 10a for breakfast and 6p - 9p for lunch/dinner - they do not have a working telephone line for room service or questions, you must go to the reception desk for that

Big room

Beautiful oasis just steps from the lively downtown Panajchel. The thermal pool is very relaxing and the waterfall was fun to walk through to cool off. Our room was very large and comfortable with a nice sitting area outside the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire property is very clean and we felt extremely safe.

Very nice hotel, beautiful garden, excellent location. Staff was very helpful and acommodating. Would stay there again.

The hot spring pools were so soothing. The music & setting were perfect!

This hotel has a lovely, old world feel, from its gorgeous gardens and friendly, responsive staff, to its classicly beautiful architecture .

Recepción desk staff rude. Rooms with no closet, no TV, no phone, shower currain 10 inches to short só the bathrolm floods. Overpriced crap

Location of hotel is perfect, in the middle of town but set back into lovely gardens so that you are away from noise and pollution of road. The hot spa is very relaxing and appreciated ! Staff is attentive and always cheerful. Rooms are clean, basic and in line with the rest of the place .

5 stars for the spotless clean room and hot springs. Breakfast wasn't that great, omelet came plan no fruits, I couldn't eat the pancakes tasted like dry flour. Plenty great options just outside of the hotel for cheaper and delicious breakfast! One of the cleanest room I ever stay, and I travel a lot! Great location! Very nice staff. You can exchange money at front desk but only from 9am, I exchanged my dollars at the pharmacy nearby that was opened earlier, everywhere was the same rate I saw. Would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Limpieza excelente, atención e instalaciones muy buenas, además los termales son hermosos. Muy buena estadía y ubicacion.

The room smelled like concrete that gave me allergies. There was no safe, and no place to set your luggage. No AC. Pillows were terrible, no support. The room was fairly new, so that was ok, but the smell made it bad for me. The hot springs were nice, people were really nice as well. Not too far from the dock to take the water transportation to other towns and also close to the nearest public beach.
