Close to good restaurants, hop on hop off bus a across the road, great breakfasts. Signage for the property could be better

Comfortable bed, nice big bathroom

Overall, the stay was very disappointing. The thing we looked forward to the most after a long day in hot weather was some decent air conditioning; this hotel failed miserably. Three hours after checking in, the room was still unbearably hot. We called the front desk, who sent someone up (who started perspiring within minutes of walking into the room), and they were unable to do anything other than apologize; no other rooms with a working AC were made available. This in itself made getting any rest impossible. To make matters worse, the WiFi was terribly slow and the outside noise was a constant annoyance. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, but that aside, it’s a disaster zone which should be avoided at all costs.

Hotel entrance has 10-12 steps of stairs. Difficult to access if you have large luggages. Room was cleaned everyday but not toilet. Air conditioner made strange buzz sound every few seconds.

Nice, comfortable hotel in great location. Large well set up room and bathroom. Helpful and welcoming stuff. Entrance stairs not well designed for rolling luggage.

I have stayed many times in this excellent hotel. Perfect location, big rooms and quiet. Rooms are basic but so spacious and clean!

the breakfast selection is just ok.not enough selections.The location is very convenient to shopping, sights, public transportation, safe, I would stay there again if i come back to Palermo.

Well located in central Palermo. Good breakfast buffet.

A hotel that is agreeable on some measures, but with shortcomings. Breakfast was very good. Room size good. Bathroom good. Queen size sheets on a king bed (so sheet barely covered the surface). A/C was very loud and marginally effective.

The hotel needs to be updated. Very old bathrooms and super noisy air conditioner in bedroom kept us awake most of the night. Enterance to reception is in basement so very difficult to access if you have mobility issues. Would not recommend going there until they update the place.

i need a hotel with parking as I was driving to tour many places in Sicily only had breakfast which was nice room was clean and comfortable

Restaurant nearby had very loud music till 1 AM. Was jet lagged so couldn’t get the sleep I was craving. Poor lighting in the hallway and very difficult to open the door to the room. The decor could sure use a brighter look. Very basic accommodation.

This hotel is overrated and not at all 4 stars… 1-no room sound isolation between rooms 2-very noisy from the street and from the elevator refurbishing the facade 3-decoration and rooms are very poorely decorated for a 4 stars hotel and at such price 4-soap are empty in bathrooms

A nice respite in a lively area with many dining and shopping options. An easy an interesting walk directly to the Quattro Canti.
