Room was great/spacious/clean - location is very easy to get around Byron. Staff were amazing - I misplaced some jewellery during stay and the staff went out of their way to help me successfully find it - thank you so much ☺️ Highly recommend Bay Haven

When we booked we were told we had free self parking which we assumed was off-street. The day before check in we got an email to say that free parking was available on a street near the property. Overnight someone tried to break into our car and damaged it. The room we stayed in was very small with no place for luggage. The only furniture was a bed and two bedside tables and so no place to put anything. The en-suite bathroom was also very small with no place to put a wash bag. The wash hand basin was particularly small. We expected more for the 4 star rating but then the rate we paid was relatively low so I guess you get what you pay for.

The room was spotless and very well set out. Everything was clean and tidy. The seating area at the front of the property was ideal for sitting out and eating our breakfast enjoying ghd morning sun. Location was perfect for everyghing. Shops, restaurants and beach. The only issue we had was checking in. I didnt hear anything so had to ring ghe property. They didnt have my booking( which could be down to the booking agent). They then text me the details of how to get in. We did get into our room about 2 hours early which was really good as it gave us the whole afternoon to explore the lovely shops, cafes and bars.

Great location, modern, clean, relaxing. Would recommend and use again.

Photos need updating, the sofa is different, not a corner sofa as pictured, only 1 deck chair, and the tv is not a 54inch. Only 1 bowl in the cupboard, but on day 2 we realised that the dishwasher was full and not emptied from the previous person.

Misdescribed as as suite only studio. No privacy guests walked through our garden area to access other rooms. Foul smell from drains. No hot water on our second day.

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Haven Lodge! Our accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was also a treat after long days of walking! We’ll definitely look to go back to Bay Haven lodge next time we are in Byron. Thank you for having us!

Appt great, location ideal for the centre and beach

We had a great stay at Bayhaven. Apartments are a 5 min walk to town and are spacious and comfortable. Great air con, Flor was really helpful during our stay.

Photos are misleading. The jacuzzi is down a narrow pathway. It was not shown to us when moving in . A code was also not supplied to us to access the property and contact number rings out. Room is suitable for a backpacker as there almost no storage space. The “ private garden “ is merely the forecourt of the property and I feel it was overpriced- definitely not value for money. All in all a disappointment

Management and staff were friendly and accomodating. Convenient location, a short walk to town. Stayed in a couple of rooms during my time there, all would good. I recommend the newer upgrade rooms; quiet, good size room with heated bathroom floors.

Brilliant location - lovely garden room with plenty of space and kitchen area for snacks/ breakfast. Second time I have stayed here - so convenient to walk into Bryon Bay. Thank you .

Location was great! The pictures of our particular suite did not match the bungalow picture when booking. Lack of minor necessities I.e. dish clothes, tea towels, dishwashing tablets, no hairdryer or ironing board. Little details let the overall accomodation down. It’s about the details!

Compact but great property for exploring Byron Bay

Great little room with all my wife and I needed for a 2 night get away. Good location and easy check-in.

This property is in an excellent location within walking distance to shops, beach and solar train. It is quiet and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the superior room which had two separate bedrooms with en suites and a kitchen and balcony with a table.

Beautiful, peaceful and private accommodation all within a 5 minute walk to central Byron. This is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway. Neat, clean, tidy and modern. Everything you need!

It was okay though room was a bit small and no Wi-Fi.
