Oasis hotel was great. Located across from a street market and main road. Easy to call a cab or walk across the street to get food. The hotel was clean, stocked, and everything was functional. Mina at the front desk was very helpful. Actually, all the staff were very helpful. I did not have a car, so did not use parking, but there was a lot in the hotel rear with many spaces. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, well located in centre of Kuwait City, souks just around the corner.

Location is good. The room looked really dated: furniture stained, walls cracked, windows filthy, shower cramped.

Right in the centre of town and across the road from the main souk. Great Indian Breakfast and awesome service and Biriyani at the Tipu Sultan Restaurant inside hotel. Metered cab to airport will cost 5 KWD, or hotel will arrange for 6. Close to a major bus stop also.

If you are in Kuwait for transit day visa, this hotel/motel will work. Was only in the city for about 12 hours and since the airport does not have luggage storage, decided to rent a room in Oasis for the day. Nothing like what the photos show on Hotels.com. Staff is not that helpful. Bedrooms are old, no modern updates at all.

Excellent service and a good place to stay with.

The hotel was going under extensive facelift, during my 3 day stay they changed the carpet, re papering the walls and were fixing the lifts. The whole place stunk of gasoline or whatever they used to fix the carpet and I was disappointed with the noise so overall it was not as enjoyable as my previous stay. The hotel management did not apologize or offset these problems but just ignored it and there was a lack of customer care missing in all.

Run down but ok for one night. Ordered double bed but got 2 singles. Bathroom very simple. Room very simple. Service was good.

In a moderate hotel rated not to be luxurious, this is the best one I've ever stayed in since I started traveling at the age of 23 years. The staff was very helpful in everything I requested, etc. Have never met a more friendly staff! It was also an experience to get a box of chocolates on our last night at the hotel.

Brand new down comforters very comfy bed, room smelled fresh not musty, I checked in late at night and staff couldn't find my reservation but accommodated me anyway without hassle. The view from rooms is top notch and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Great value for the price.
