Terrible staff experience. Not recommended

Staff got me confused with a dishonest human and kicked me out without any reason

Cold water in the morning for shower. Dust all over the handrails on stairs. Carpets dirty. Old, rundown hotel, which needs plenty of updating. No facilties for eating, dining. Overpriced for what you get.

Old hotel need renovation. Dark. Nice pool. No parking.

Property is old but staff did their best to keep it clean. The friendliest staff ever, always willing to help!

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and was impressed by the eco-friendly initiatives in place. The manager was incredibly supportive and caring, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The area was also very clean, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a sustainable and enjoyable stay.

Outdated full of bugs and cockroach and the stuff all of them are old people

Was fine during the pandemic for me a bit of a walk to my favourite places but cannot complain

Pros - # it's close to big supermarket like 30 seconds walk. # taxi office is just 30 seconds away. # waterfront is also 5 mins walk away # nice helpful man in the reception Cons- # the hotel and rooms both looks bit dated

Not clean at all .. holes in the walls found insects in the bathroom Insects in the pool . The bathroom was dirty toilet seat dirty the bath i didnt even want to shower after seeing how dirty it is.The bed had springs coming out into my back all night The room was in very bad condition not like the photos the room i chose was not the room they gave me and when i complained i was ignored as the staff went to chat with a friend. So disappointed breakfast was unedible. I never write bad reviews but this was so bad i had to. Every week i go to different hotels but never saw one this bad in cyprus.

Overall it was a ok stay considering. Atleast the bed was comfortable. But its a old hotel, could probably do with a refurbishment as not all things were fixed securely and were held together with tape! Couldn't work the air conditioning to make it any cooler, had to use our own electric fan to keep cool. Has a bug problem. And one night i assume due to the temperature the fire alrams went off waking everyone. Sorry to say we wont be staying at the Sylva Hotel again unless improvements are made.

The location of the hotel defferntcthan on expedia and no signe of the 8 floor htel . Recption was too togh and really bad people Parking is not saffe becouse of drunk people and homles people around area The owner was ther and i asked for fridge and deary rooms old broken windows not saffe pool was dearty not clean No pluge to char phones in the room Bad sill in rooms becoase of broken tubes in bathromes

Hold small hotel. Cheap is the only positive point.
