Très bon séjour, très bien reçu, efficacité des demandes. Confortable et environnement très calme.

Ótimo hotel próximo às principais atrações e comércio. Quarto confortável, espaçoso. Banheiro grande, bom chuveiro, aquecedor de toalhas. Café da manhã em espaço pequeno, porém com boas opções. Minibar com itens grátis. Retornaria, com certeza.

below the hotel is a bar, it is very noisy. Even with closed windows you can't sleep before 1 AM. I will never come back to this hotel again.

Nice hotel, well situated for centre of Rennes but difficult to find parking because of one way systems and 3 Mercure hotels in the city. Limited parking for high vehicles, most parking underground, max height 1.80m. Very helpful receptionist. Comfortable double bedroom but tight space, one chair for a couple. Large shower unit.

A few minutes walk to the centre of the city with the river on your doorstep. Rooms are excellent.

The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Tom was comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast. It seemed expensive. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived even though it was an hour after check-in began. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for our room. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

The room was good and the hotel was not far from the central area. We picked it mainly because it had free car parking. The parking is free but access to the small underground car park is very tight & steep, not easy if you don't have a small car. Also we did struggle to find our way to the hotel due to the one way system

The staff could not be have been more patient, friendly and helpful - but the rooms are 2 star at best, tiny and cramped, I've stayed in larger rooms in hostels. My room was not ready when I entered it, I had to ask for it to be completed. I'd booked a twin/double, but was assigned a 'single' with a single bed, twice - when asked to be moved I got an even smaller room with no desk. I checked out again immediately for a different hotel, and was refused a refund. It's usual to have smaller hotel rooms in France, but this was ridiculous. Not a 4 star hotel.

Our room was above a very loud disco / club thst only stopped at 5am. No sleep !!!

Elevator didn’t work and stairs were steep. The hotel and room were excellent!

Staff was very welcoming and we appreciated that! Breakfast was excellent. Accommodations were superb.

The room was was great, but there was very loud music that kept us up until it stopped, a bit after midnight. We tried running the air conditioner to drown out the noise, but the fan didnt work.

Paid in advance for 2 rooms - hotel had only received notice for 1room. Lucky to be another available but 2 floors apart - not convenient. Room not refreshed on 1 of 3 days. Lift painfully slow, wifi had to be reconnected multiple times… all in all not worth the money!

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a good breakfast. The staff were kind and helpful. One piece of advice: don't park in the large lot across from the hotel overnight, when street parking is free. My parking fee was 36 Euros for overnight.

Everything was very nice.

Rooms are spartan and very small, less than a foot between the bed and the wall. Bathroom is fine, but we got only ONE towel for two people. Very very noisy with a restaurant right outside where people partied until late. The parking is a disaster down a vertiginous ramp, only possible with a small car. Find another place to stay.
