Very beautiful resort, sea and swimming pool. We loved the food and the short distance from the beach. The show were super good too especially the dancers!

We had the privilege of staying at VOI Floriana Resort with our two young children, a two-year-old and a four-month-old. Flying from San Diego to Italy for my cousin's wedding, we decided to extend our trip. The wedding was in Padova, but we chose the coastal VOI Floriana Resort in Simeri-Crichi, Calabria. The resort was the perfect choice, beautifully located on a serene beach. The family-friendly atmosphere, with many other families vacationing, was exactly what we needed. The outdoor kids' play area had numerous activities, and the kids' club had amazing staff with all-day activities. The nursery was a great bonus, even cleaning and sanitizing my daughter's bottles. The resort also has a kids' restaurant for children to dine separately, allowing parents to enjoy a date night. The kids' pool was perfect for hot days, and the private beach had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The beach was stunning, with clear water where you could see your feet and fish. Although sandy, the water had pebbles, so water shoes are a good idea. We opted for the all-inclusive package, which was fantastic. The buffet-style restaurant served breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a variety of fresh and delicious options. Breakfast was consistent each morning, while lunch and dinner menus changed daily. Self-serve drink stations, including beer and wine, were very convenient. The staff was welcoming and friendly, enhancing our experience.

Staff were not always welcoming and service was more than often poor. Although all inclusive you could only get tea and coffee free at breakfast. Wine at meal times was warm and served in tumbler glasses. The drinks around the complex were served in paper cups, glasses were for those who paid for drinks. Drinks were all inclusive during the day but in the evening they were not free. The beach towels were 2 euros each time you changed them. Entertainment finished without warning. Shuttle bus to shopping centre is 10 euros return each person for a 5 minute journey. We were the only British in the complex which was not an issue but staff were certainly not the friendliest especially in the restaurant and bar areas. The friendliest most helpful staff were the cleaners.

For those of you that want to be restricted like in prison on your vacation this is great for you!! We have family in southern Italy and did visiting on our trip. We wanted to invite our family to dinner and of course pay for it, the hotel refused. Our family members could Not even come to the hotel to pick us up,(we had to meet them at the gate, and I'm handicapped!). The rules for meals is very time sensitive so if you miss the breakfast that was included the other option was to pay $22 euros each of us for a horrible lunch! Our bathroom was so small because of a column right in the middle, you had to go in and wedge yourself to get the door closed to use the facilities. Also on top the staff was RUDE! Customer service at its worst!!!

Overall. very good. Food was very good. Did not like the fact that we had to pay extra so as we could have the use of sun beds and umbrella's and 10 euro's for the use of wi-fi. The i'm your summer boys and girls in the main were very helpful but as i said previously some of the boys are only there for themselves and always in your face.

Geen internet op de kamer ??? Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Prima kamer maar het licht en de spiegel in de badkamer waren te weinig

Ottimo soggiorno

Die Lage am Meer ist fantastisch. Der Pool ist schön gelegen das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Unser Zimmer war durchschnittlich, im Terrassen und Außenbereich überhaupt nicht schön. Das hatte so ein bisschen geschmälert. Mit dem Rest der Anlage war ich aber durchaus zufrieden. Sie könnten durchaus mehr Tennisschläger zur Verfügung haben, weil dann doch nicht jeder seinen eigenen Schläger mit in den Urlaub nimmt. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten in Summe ein guter Mittelklasse Club. Ich würde allerdings aufgrund der geographischen Lage und der langen Anreise nicht noch einmal hinfahren. Kalabrien ist jedoch eine wunderschöne Region.

Freundliches Personal, gepflegte Anlage, sauber, gutes Essen. Auswahl TV Sender in Deutsch äusserst mangelhaft

Villaggio per famiglie immerso nel verde davvero ben tenuto. Le stanze davvero minimal, forse troppo; gradevole la doccia anche sul terrazzino privato. Un plauso enorme va alla signora Gina che gestisce la nursery/biberoneria alla grande, cucinando piatti deliziosi a pranzo e cena per i piccoli. Grazie ancora, Gina perché fai il lavoro col cuore. Il buffet per gli adulti invece offre tanta scelta, troppa e la qualità non segue, davvero un peccato. Avevamo letto che la qualità negli ultimi anni è andata giù...ed abbiamo pagato per te rendercene conto.

Ottimo ristorante, animatori e personale simpatici e professionali, ottimo servizio al mare e in piscina e nei vari bar . Bene la sostenibilità, ma per fare la doccia le pastiglie erano in po' scomode e poco efficaci.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Schuhe zum Baden empfehlenswert da der Strand etwas steinig ist. Kleinere Mängel wurden sofort vom Personal behoben. Liegt etwas abgelegen, keine öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Wer die Ruhe in der schönen grünen Anlage oder am Meer sucht ist hier genau richtig. Zumindest zwischen 13-16:30 Uhr; dann ist die Musik aus ;) Das Hotel bietet ein paar Mal pro Woche einen Transfer nach Catanzaro Lido/Markt und City an (10 Euro/pers), das hat immer super funktioniert! Vielen Dank an das nette Personal für zwei schöne Wochen!

Tutto molto bello anche se la camera assegnata è risultata un po’ lontana dal centro del villaggio. Si confermano i giudizi positivi riscontrati in rete . Animazione top

Zimmer war nett, viel Stauraum, neue Schraenke, bequemes Bett Die extrem laute Beschallung , bis in unser Zimmer,des Unterhaltungsprogramms bis nachts um 23 Uhr, trug nicht zur Erholung bei Das Fruehstuecksbufett war einfallslos, immer das selbe, viele Früchte, aber alle steinhart (Pfirsiche, Kiwis, Birnen), das sogenannte warme Büfett mit Eiern usw war nichtmal lauwarm, sondern kalt.Morgens war der Tisch gedeckt, aber es fehlte immer irgendwas, in einem resort erwarte ich, dass ich nicht selbst nach Besteck etc, suchen muss.Postiv war der schnelle service am Espressostand, der auch sehr lecker war Strandbar mit self service, alles angenehm dort Rezeption : 24 h geöffnet, kein freundlicher Gruss, nichtmal beim Abschied , gute Heim fahrt oder ähnliches... wir werden sicher wieder nach Kalabrien kommen, gut, dass eine grosse Auswahl an Hotels oder Unterkünften gibt

Camere sempre pulite tutti i giorni, mare fantastico, non si soffre di caldo perche’ e’ sempre ventilato.. cibo ottimo a tutti i pasti e tutti i giorni. Personale cordiale e gentilissimo.. sempre!! Consigliatissimo!!
